There are only seven lodges - so don't be afraid of crowds... we simply don't know the word around here. Stay safe, relax and enjoy the calm... Kick back and relax in this stylish space. Uniquely located a half-hour drive from the center of Amsterdam. But also close to the fishing village of Volendam. Or visit the cheese market in Edam, the Zaanse Schans or "the town" in Purmerend with the many cafes and restaurants. In addition, our cottage is located directly on beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The space
The total area is approximately 30 m2, divided into a living/sleeping area, a room with kitchenette and small dining area and a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet.

A lovely box spring of no less than 1.60x 2.10 will ensure you sleep wonderfully.

In the kitchenette, you will find a fridge, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine.

In the sitting-bedroom, there are 2 lazy chairs, and to make the whole thing even more atmospheric, there is even an electric fireplace.

You can also sit outside on the veranda, where you will find a table with two chairs.

Our loft (built in 1695) is a special place that offers the best of both worlds. Amsterdam Centraal can be reached in less than 15 minutes by train, but you can also discover the history of the Zaanstreek. Within walking distance are nice cafes and restaurants, allowing you to discover the local flavors and culture. The famous Zaanse Schans is only 10 minutes away. Our loft offers privacy and is located in a peaceful neighborhood where you can escape the hustle and bustle.

The space
Our monumental house was built in 1695. The old barn, where the loft is housed, was sustainably built in the old style at the end of the last century. This is divided over two floors and can be reached via its own entrance. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with combi oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The cozy living room can be reached via a staircase. The sleeping area is located in the loft. The accommodation has energy label A.

Guest access
The accommodation is accessible via a private entrance using a lockbox. The loft is located on the 2nd floor and has a private roof terrace. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen is part of the loft.

Other things to note
The loft is an independent residential unit, with its own entrance. No smoking is allowed in the room. This space is less suitable for the disabled because of the steep stairs to the living room and the stairs to the sleeping loft. For small children, this accommodation is not suitable because of the open stairs from the living room downstairs.
