The chalet is only rented
for max. 8 persons. On the spacious
bedroom on the floor are next to it

we only recommend the chalet

Heating:
There is a wood stove in the chalet
with which the chalet in the spring and autumn
can be fully heated. There is no
wood available in the chalet.
In the bathroom there is an electric
and of course bathroom safe fire.
There are also accumulators available from
November to April charged overnight
and making it on arrival in the
chalet is not freezing. On the thermostat
there is a button that enters the chalet
can be heated up quickly for a short time. YOU
so it is not necessary to switch on the stove
during your stay. For energy and money
the accumulators can
be dropped off in the garage upon arrival. This one

The holiday home is located in the middle of nature in the Durbuy region, right next to the Gulf of Durbuy. With its 400 inhabitants, Durbuy is the smallest town in Belgium and therefore very popular with tourists. It was an important trading place during the Middle Ages.
There is room for 10 people, ideal for 1 to 2 families (4 adults and 4-6 kids).

- "We really enjoyed our stay it was well equipped as we are british and the chalet i presumed gets more french and belguim visitors as signs where not in english I did have to translate the supplied information on how to access the property but i have given this to the owner incase he gets anymore british people staying. We took our own anazon fire stick which worked well so we could watch some of the apps on there netflixs anazon abd disney channels but the uk freeview like pluto iplayer etc wouldnt work due to the location but this wasnt an issue for us There are a few dogs around that bark a bit during the day and early evening but not at night so didnt spoil the stay Theres a handy bar restaurant 1km from the chalet as well plus a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations in Durbuy Altogether it is a great place to visit the decor is fading and not as fresh as the photos but everything's as it should be"

Our cozy forest cottage in Durbuy makes you feel like you're staying in a treehouse. Enjoy a lovely balcony high in the treetops, right in the green heart of the Ardennes, with maximum privacy!

The Ardennes offer fun for all ages, with countless outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing, swimming, canoeing, and many opportunities to explore the area. Our bungalow is located in a holiday park with a swimming pool and various sports facilities.

Thanks to the unique location of our bungalow, you will experience the feeling of staying in a treehouse!

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and a small freezer for ice. A coffee machine, water heater, and toaster are also available. The dining table, suitable for 6 people, is located near the kitchen.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a mirror with heating. The window will invite you to enjoy the nature during your stay.

From the living room enjoy the beauty of the treetops through the big glass door. Should you have enough of nature (which is difficult to imagine), there is a smart TV with DVD player at your disposal. Of course, Wifi is also available, albeit at a speed that is typically Wallonia, so maybe not as quickly as you have at home.

The balcony is on the sunny side of the bungalow, so you can start the day soaking up sunbeams. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee sunny weather in the Ardennes;-)

This' treehouse 'is made of wood, but well insulated and equipped with central heating, allowing you to enjoy this beautiful place all year round.

Upstairs there are beds for 5 people: a room with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds and a bed on the landing. For the little ones we can place an extra bed.

The entire house is at your disposal. In addition, you can use the holiday park facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, basketball and soccer fields. Feel free to bring your (table)tennis racket for a game on the tennis court.

For the younger guests, there are two playgrounds available, as well as a central BBQ area and a fireplace with beautiful views. In addition, there is a small shop and a 24/7 automatic in case you forgot something like wine, chocolate, cola, shampoo, toilet paper and so on.

A self-service laundry is available at the entrance of the park. There is ample space for parking your car in front of the bungalow.

When you use a wheelchair or walker, this bungalow is definitely not the best option, since it is build halfway a little hill. The stairs outside are not wheelchair and the bedrooms are on the first floor.

Upon return you will drink an apero or a coffee in our cozy living space or on our cozy terrace. A tapas board or a nice pasta is prepared to be served in our kitchenette before joining the spacious dining table. Black cords and dirty feet get sparkling clean in our bathroom with shower.
