We could here every noise from the adjacent appartments. Even though we stayed midweek (a Tuesday night) the whole building was noisey with young party animals who would return 2-3 am. - No A/C it gets very hot and if you open windows you hear the hustle and bustle of party life. The fans provided do not help with the heat but they were very uselful to drown out background noise."
