It was in a very nice and calm neighborhood close to the inner city. I felt safe in the area and there were good connections with a lot of busses, tram and metro. Sadly, metro line 11 was closed at the time of our stay due to renovations, but it was still not much of a hastle to get around. There was a lot of food options in the area. I saw two halal boucherie and a kosher boucherie close by. There were a lots of grocery stores, restaurants, boulangeries and cafés. A nice park a short walk away that had quite a well equipped playground. I got the impression that the area over all was quite wealthy and low crime rate. The room was in a bit of a rough shape, a bit old, but nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped and even a little freezer box in the fridge. Maybe a bit dirtier than what it could have been but it was absolutely not a problem for me. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no way to lessen the visibility though the big windows except by completely darken it out with the heavy curtains. I would have loved if there was some kind of blinds that you could use as something in between if you want some privacy. The staff was very nice. A bit hard, and took some time, to get in contact with the hotel before my stay. The online check in was quite unclear but it resolved in the end."

L'appartement peut donc accueillir 6 personnes.

Pour profiter des jeux olympiques, vous pouvez rejoindre les sites olympiques facilement car ils se trouvent dans le nord de Paris.
Le logement est à proximité du stade de France (épreuves d'athlétisme des Jeux Olylmpiques de Paris 2024) et du centre aquatique. 15 mn en voiture et 30mn en vélo.
Le quartier est très sympathique avec un grand parc juste en face de la résidence. Le jardin en bas de l'appartement est également libre d'accès pour les résidents, on peut y jouer au Molkï, à la pétanque ou au ballon (jeux dispos dans notre appartement).
Pour profiter des jeux olympiques, vous pouvez rejoindre les sites olympiques facilement car ils se trouvent dans le nord de Paris.

The simple, very peaceful accommodation - where I live with my daughter when I don't rent it - a few minutes from the center of Paris, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, shops and all nearby businesses.
Transportation is close: metro 3 minutes away, tram 10 minutes away, bus and noctilians on the street. The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the Beaubourg Center, 20 minutes from the center of Paris, 25 minutes from the Louvre Museum, 10 minutes from the Bassin de La Villette, the Cité des Sciences and La Philharmonie.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, with 140 mattresses on Japanese tatami mats. In the living/dining room, a sofa, a Stressless armchair and a table where you can eat for six. The kitchen is fully equipped, except for a dishwasher. The induction hob is cracked but it works perfectly. The plus: Japanese toilet in the bathroom. The washing machine and tumble dryer are available. There is also a piano and guitar available.
