The house is located on the edge of the forest near the hiking trails and the cross-country ski run. Nevertheless, you are in the middle of town within 10 minutes on foot.
With about 90 square meters on two floors, it offers space for 2 adults with 2 children.

Through a small porch you come into the open hallway, from which the kitchen, the living room and the access to the bathroom and the stairs go.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a microwave. Of course, a dishwasher is also part of the inventory.

Right in front of the large kitchen window, we have set up a small seat for breakfast in the sun.

The living room is equipped with a 42 "TV flat screen and a DVD player, the large couch can be used as an additional bed if required.

The quiet apartment with a large roof terrace and a view of the forest is located behind the Hotel Panoramic in Hohegeiß in the top location of the terrace houses.
In the hotel there is a small swimming pool (free of charge - upon presentation of the guest card/tourist tax) and a sauna (for an extra charge). There is also a mini golf course, playground and toboggan run right next to the house.

The space
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a modern induction hob and a large refrigerator. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. There are two small bedrooms. In one there are two single beds, in the other a bunk bed, which is also suitable for adults (90x200 mattresses each, comfortable seat height on lower and upper bed) - see photos. If you book for 6 people, please keep in mind that the apartment with 6 people is cozy;) For us this was always no problem, but should be left to everyone - so please note the photos!

Guest access
The terrace apartment is located on the grounds of the hotel complex Panoramic. Our guests can park free of charge in the underground car park or the open parking spaces near the terrace apartments.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.

ATTENTION: You can bring your own sheets and towels, otherwise we charge 19 euros per person (unfortunately we have no influence on this, as it is the prices of the hotel), which must be paid in addition to the Airbnb invoice - so this is not yet included in the price via Airbnb. Please let us know WHEN BOOKING if you would like to book the laundry package for 19 euros per person.

Pets: If you bring your (flea-free!) We want to bring a dog, we charge an extra 20 euros once, as the cleaning effort is significantly higher.

The Schöne Appartement Amelie is quietly located and has a size of about 18 square meters.
It is centrally located (5-10 min. walk to the center ) , where you will find many beautiful restaurants and shopping.
Hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails as well as the cable car and the Rathauswiese meadow are just a few minutes from the apartment. Also the spa park and the ice stadium.

The final cleaning is 35.00 euros, which, however, includes linen.

Other things to note
Since Braunlage is a spa town, there is a 2.80 euro tourist tax per day and per person, which are paid on site.

It will feel like in a beautiful hotel room with its own small kitchen. Due to the bright floorboard, the high ceilings and the warm colors of the room, this studio is very open and, despite its compactness, great. The studio was completely renovated in 2019. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a simple meal.

In summer: forest outdoor pool, barbecue area in the spa park, mini golf course in the spa park, introductory courses in archery. Other activities can be undertaken in the surrounding villages.

Welcome to our cozy spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Bright and friendly furnished non-smoking apartment is located on the 8th floor of house 1 of the apartment complex "Panoramic", with a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment has an open kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and window, large living room with sofa/double bed and large TV, balcony, WiFi and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Harz.

I bought and installed in January 2021, dishwasher, microwave and new fridge-freezer.

The house also has a free indoor swimming pool, sauna (for a small fee), flat phone to all German nets, TV, laundromat (for fees), children's playground, children's disco, café and mini golf course on an outdoor terrace, bread service, billiards, toboggan run as well as a practice for massage and physiotherapy (prices can be found in the photos).
