The only very minor issue we had was that, depending on time of day, the shower temperature and water pressure weren’t 100 percent. We chose the Premium Garden Suite for the washer and dryer (not all suites have them). It also had a lovely view over a park and church. We loved the location… steps away from trams, subway, and Wenceslas square; 15 min walk from the main square and Charles Bridge, but we appreciated being a bit removed from the super busy areas. Tons of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Excellent communication and clear check-in instructions. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. "

There were also a couple mini marts nearby so we were able to get things as needed here and there. We had a couple kids sleeping in the living room, and they mentioned it was a little loud with the windows open at night. It was pretty warm while we were there, so couldn't really close them, either. There were a couple things that I would ask for them to have if we were to stay again. It would be good to have 3 fans in the apartment. 1 for the living room and 1 for each of the bedrooms. Also, having a mirror in the small bathroom would have been nice. Those are my two largest complaints, so really overall, it was great! "
