- "Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The accommodation is very centrally located. There is a shortcut into the city, which after the 2nd house on the left leads directly past the Hotel Falkensteiner.
I have booked a ski depot for my guests in the gondola station. The ski boots and skis are stored there in the heated room, so they don't have to lug all the equipment home. Costs are the same as in the valley station, payment is extra on site!

The kitchen in our apartment is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

Highlight: The region around your holiday home is just stunning, you will be impressed by the nature. The skiing pist ist just 200 m away. There is a private spa with sauna in the main building.
