The shower was excellent, and greatly appreciated after a day on the slopes. We all enjoyed our trip to Seefeld. I very much think that we will be back there soon - almost definitely for another ski trip, but possibly also some time in the summer."

- "The area is beautiful. I recommend to stay at least two nights." - "The property was in a nice location. It was a pleasant town with enough to do if you stayed there the whole time. There were a variety of restaurants, shops, and trails that you could follow to a lake or other little towns in the area. We visited other areas while there, which was easy to do via train (about a 10 minute walk from the property). My only negative comments would be that we were on the first floor so there was no views and there were people sitting outside pretty late into the night talking and smoking so we couldn't really have our windows open for cool air. My other issue is that we found out there was a cleaning fee but I don't think that was mentioned on Expedia nor was it included in the "all inclusive" fee."

The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the ski bus stops just outside. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Satellite (including UK BBC,ITV, children etc.) on the large flat screen TV in the spacious lounge which , has 2 sofas and 2 comfortable leather chairs which enjoy the mountain views through large glass windows. - "Seefeld was the first stop on our month-long driving vacation through Austria, the Czech Republic, and Germany. What a beautiful place! And Villa Caroline lived up to our expectations in every way: conveniently located a short walk to the city center, shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Ingrid met us at the villa and walked us through everything. The villa was immaculately clean and conveniently arranged for our party of two couples with the two bedrooms, two baths. The large deck was perfect for morning coffee and looking at the incredible views. Parking in the underground garage takes a bit of maneuverability and a vehicle that's not too large as the garage is tight and there's no nearby driveway or street parking. Once we figured out a back-and-forth move, we could exit the tight turn required to exit the garage with a minimum of hassle in our rental Ford Kuga (Ford Escape) but I wouldn't recommend anything larger. All in all, a wonderful stay in a great location!"

Small but nice, superbly renovated apartment in the heart of Seefeld for rent. The apartment consists of a 25 square meter living-bedroom.
In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies (2-burner electric stove, microwave with baking function, toaster, coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and French Press coffee maker, kettle).
The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet.
From the balcony you have a very nice view of the Wetterstein Mountains.

The space
The living room - bedroom is about 25 square meters. The foldaway bed (140/200) can be folded out or completely disappears into the closet. This creates a spacious, cozy room with dining area and a sofa bed to feel good and relax.
An adjoining balcony offers a magnificent view of Seefeld's mountains.

Other things to note
The apartment (Haus Excelsior) also has a sauna, ski room, boot room, laundry room with washing machine, dryer (for a fee) and an ironing station. Parking is available right in front of the house and is at your disposal.
The apartment also has a basement compartment in which you can store sports equipment.
Within walking distance is the center with lovely shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a casino and train station. A grocery store is in the immediate vicinity.
Cross-country ski trails, adventure pool, ski lifts, ski jump and fitness center are also within a few minutes. There are also two golf courses nearby:
9 holes - Seefeld Reith approx. 5 minutes' drive, 18 hole - Wildmoos about 10 minutes' drive.

Fresh rolls can be ordered on request in the main season.

Upon request, there is 24/7 check-in, using a key safe.

The municipality of Seefeld charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night. This tourist tax is not included in the price and can be paid on site at the reception. It should be noted that the reception is only staffed on an hourly basis.
