Wow!" - "This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes and pans but if you rent here make such you bring all basic kitchen and bath items ( salt /pepper, paper towels, condiments, sponge, hand soap and shampoo because they provide no extras. You get one roll of toilet paper ( no extra found) so you may want to bring it. Also check out time was 9:30! You have to go downtown to a business to get keys. It does have parking. There is a laundry and market very close. "

The worst thing is that they never notice you about this "Game" you play against your will and on your money . The agent personal is not friendly at all and they tried to cheat me two times after I completed the booking and made the deposit : Insead of one three duble- bedroom appartment they tried to give me one 6 person- appartment .after I noticed that , they tried again changing the period booked : Insead of 27.12-05.01 they confirmed 26.12-04.01 . That made me decide to never try again this Game that Makes me loose a lot of money."

Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. It would have been good to see the temperature on the thermostat and just have a plus or minus to adjust. I did try and adapt the program to not be as hot during sleeping hours and to have it hotter during late afternoon. It didn’t seem to change it. The bathroom electric tower rail only stays on for 10 minutes which wasn’t enough time to heat the water inside it and make it hot unless you kept going back pressing the button on the wall"
