The property people will send you an email with the check in details and codes but they literally sent it about 20 mins before check in. That's ok, but I think they should send it out earlier or at least send something the day before saying you will get instructions tomorrow. It might just be me but I have anxiety anyway so not knowing what to expect is uncomfortable. Also, mine went to junk mail and when I didn't see anything I tried to call but the office was closed that day. Part of the issue is that the entrance is not view able when you walk up to the property. You are on a small cobble path/road and you come up to the house and see a gate. You must walk past this gate and keep going up and around the corner to the entrance. It would be easy to avoid confusion by putting a sign on the gate that says "entrance" with an arrow so that you know to keep walking up and around. Once I found the entrance and email we were good. This place also has laundry which was nice."

The comforters were very thick and the owner didn't have light sheets to provide, we were very hot the first night even though the outside temperature dropped lower if we open the windows the bugs were coming in as there are no screens on the windows, and there were bugs... like flies.. big ones too lol - The owner came back to collect the tourist tax the night before our departure and kept telling us over and over how we had to leave the house, take all the sheets down, throw the trash, do your dishes, which I knew from her 1st instructions by email so it was annoying to keep hearing it, I told her nicely that I got it! I had read the email. Overall, nice stay and affordable."

Our modern studios for 1 person are about 20 m2 large and offer modern comfort. Although the studio doesn’t have a scenic view, it does have a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom with a shower. We clean the studio daily if you wish.

Haus Triftbach is a chalet in a quiet and elevated location, but still very centrally located. From the apartment you can enjoy beautiful views over Zermatt and the mountains. 1.5-room apartment in a very nice chalet building. Haus La Colline is located on Riedweg. The lift to the Sunneggabahn and the end of the valley run are a 2-minute walk away. The Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk away, while the train station and church are a 15-minute walk away.
