The apartment is composed of a beautiful and very large beautifully furnished main room with sleeping area, living area and fully equipped dining room (satellite TV, and wifi connection); the room has direct access to a beautiful balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the trees. The kitchen room is fully equipped (hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) and independent of the main room. The bathroom consists of a bathtub. Separate toilet

- "In terms of size and general comfort, this is an impressive studio apartment. The apartment is generally well equipped and with a compact but functional kitchen; is set well back from Route De Malagnou and therefore quiet; and has a lovely balcony. The public transport links are excellent and the apartment is within easy walking distance from major supermarkets. The apartment did get a bit warm during the recent spell of hot weather in Geneva, so a fan would have been a nice (and cheap) inclusion. That said, the only significant demerit of the apartment is that the washing machine listed in the inclusions is not in fact in the apartment. Rather, there is a laundry room in the building and to use the washing machine you need to get in touch with the (very nice) concierge every time you want to use it. Notably, there is, what for us, was a totally redundant bidet in the bathroom. Were this to be replaced with a washing machine, I would then consider the apartment to be outstanding."

Dear Guests, if you are arriving with large suitcase and more than 1 , this is not a place for you. If you are arriving with a medium size and a handbag, then it will be comfortable. Remember this is a studio with 4 beds (bunk). No washing of clothes and then hanging all over the studio. Use the laundry mat across the street or I will charge for doing your laundry here. It is a lot of my water used. My kitchen is available for light cooking and your trash is your responsibility and must be tossed out everyday you are here. It is a way for all of us to enjoy a hygienic space. This is the reason why there isnt a cleaning fee applied : ) There may be times where an airbed is used for a 5th person.

3) In case of high heat, please cook/cafe on the terrace, a standard plate works on the outdoor stove.
