The apartment is composed of a beautiful and very large beautifully furnished main room with sleeping area, living area and fully equipped dining room (satellite TV, and wifi connection); the room has direct access to a beautiful balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the trees. The kitchen room is fully equipped (hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) and independent of the main room. The bathroom consists of a bathtub. Separate toilet

- "In terms of size and general comfort, this is an impressive studio apartment. The apartment is generally well equipped and with a compact but functional kitchen; is set well back from Route De Malagnou and therefore quiet; and has a lovely balcony. The public transport links are excellent and the apartment is within easy walking distance from major supermarkets. The apartment did get a bit warm during the recent spell of hot weather in Geneva, so a fan would have been a nice (and cheap) inclusion. That said, the only significant demerit of the apartment is that the washing machine listed in the inclusions is not in fact in the apartment. Rather, there is a laundry room in the building and to use the washing machine you need to get in touch with the (very nice) concierge every time you want to use it. Notably, there is, what for us, was a totally redundant bidet in the bathroom. Were this to be replaced with a washing machine, I would then consider the apartment to be outstanding."

Household linen, towels and bath sheets are provided. The beds are made up just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in the rental, as well as the complete departure cleaning.

We also reserve some welcome touches for you: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a small gourmet basket in the kitchen.

The neighborhood is a peaceful residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants nearby. You can do your shopping at the large Balexert shopping center, located just 700m from the house, which also has a cinema.

You can also buy fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce at the Ferme de Budé Market, 10 minutes away, near Place du Petit-Saconnex. It is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

The center of Geneva and the lakeside are 3 km away. Bus 22 takes you to the United Nations Office in 16 minutes. Trams 14 or 18 take you to the station district, right in the center.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The main train station of Geneva and trams are only 10min walking. Bus F and 20 just in front of the building, bus 5 (takes you to the airport in 15min and its only 2 walking minutes away), and supermarket also 2 minutes walk. UN buildings at a walkable distance too or at a 5/10 min max ride by bus. All the basic amenities to provide you an enjoyable time in Geneva. Very quiet neighbourhood and with a lot of places to park around.

- You're going to love my apartment! Very beautiful and large room of 22 m2 and second bedroom of 13 m2 in a large 4 room apartment on the 4th floor, and fully equipped, and full kitchen utensils with microwave, washing machine and WiFi, etc.,

The space
There are two bedrooms. The big bedroom is 22 m2, which has everything, a desk, a chair, a double bed, closet and a feuteuill, beautiful plants and with a beautiful view! It is also well heated because it gets a little cold in winter in Geneva. The second bedroom is 14 m2, with a single bed, an office, closet, very bright too!

It is an extra bed. It is not a room closed off by walls. In a super-souplex, in an industrial district in downtown Geneva. We provide a bed for two people (it is a space closed by anti-noise curtains, see the photos), on request, a single bed can be added, with access to the shower room, which is to be shared with other people. Please enter through the garden and go through the terrace as indicated in "entry into the premises"

The space
It is an apartment with a garden, in a villa formed by three apartments, in the city center. The apartment is composed of 4 bedrooms and an office. Two rooms are rented on Airbnb, as well as the entire apartment. The sofa bed that we offer here is located in the souplex part, organized as a loft. The sofa bed is an extra bed because it is not located in a closed bedroom but in a sleeping area of ​​the loft, closed by noise-cancelling curtains. Noises from other tenants can be heard.

Travelers have access to the sofa bed located in the loft part (this sleeping area is closed off by noise-cancelling curtains) and to the shower room, which will be shared with the owners or other travellers. Access to the kitchen is only possible when booking the "Sofa bed with access to the kitchen"

a private bedroom in an extremely well located, charming quiet big loft in the very heart of Geneva. Perfect proximity to all major attractions is very convenient when you're here to explore the city or on a business trip. 15 min walk(3 min by bus) to the iconic Mont blanc bridge, the lake and the jet d'eau, the old town and the shopping district. 5 min bus ride to the UN, the red cross and other international organizations, 10 min walk to the train station, 17 min bus ride from/to the airport.

The space
The room is located in a big loft on the 5th floor, literally a walk from all of Geneva's major attractions but yet very quiet. Modern structure, with charming wooden beams exposed in a subtle yet creative way and a color coordinated, well thought interior design makes very good use of the huge space and makes you immediately feel right at home whether you're in town for leisure or business. All the facilities you'd expect at your own place-and more- are provided.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the rest of the shared rooms, the living room, desk space, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and all the facilities in the loft, for free. A high speed fiber optic internet connection is also free to use.

I am a chilled, communicative, responsive and very respectful person. Your privacy and comfort is top of my list when you're around. I love socializing and interacting with people from different backgrounds and parts of the world - otherwise i wouldn't be doing this!
