- "Our family of 4 spent a week in Lausanne remote-working while kids attended camp. This property was a perfect base camp. It was modern, clean, had everything we needed, and was located really well - close to the train/bus station, close to a park we could walk to, and close to lovely cafes as well (our favorite was the Café de Prélaz!). Also worth a visit in Lausanne is the Olympic museum. If you want a place just to relax with a view of the lake, this isn't it. We had a family of four staying there and it was plenty big enough. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. Our only issue was that it was very hot some of the time we were there (we stayed for a month) and there's naturally no AC, but there was only one fan. We asked for additional fans, but were completely ignored, which was unusual, as the group that manages this property and the others in the building were usually very responsive. But, overall, a great place to stay!"

- "We stayed 5 nights in the apartment and enjoyed every minute. It is easy to find and as the host sent us detailed instructions for contact-less check-in, which was very convenient. The apartment is spacious, the cleaning spotless and the furnishing utterly fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with uniform tableware and everything you need to prepare your own meals. The apartment is centrally located in Ouchy, with several shops and restaurants nearby and less than 10 minutes walk to the lakeside. The metro is just 2 minutes away that brings you uphill to the train station and the city centre. In sum, this apartment is an excellent starting point for discovering Lausanne and its surroundings and we recommend it without reservations."

- "-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. There was no way I was going to let my 81 year old mother use those stairs in the day or night! They were incredibly dangerous! -Two of the lamps in the bedroom did not work. There was no lighting in the upstairs hallway and no lighting on the staircase as mentioned above. The lamp in the dining room did not work. One of the lamps in the living room did not work. All in all, about 1/2 of the lamps were not in working order and there was no overhead lighting at all. -The bathroom was on first floor and was gross with mold and a dirty tub. -The kitchen was old and rusty. -There was no blanket or pillow for the first floor pull out couch. We did not stay in this apartment. We were forced to get a hotel room instead, losing money on both this rental AND the groceries we purchased for the week on the way to the apartment. I am both a VRBO premier host and a frequent VRBO guest. I have always had a wonderful experience with VRBO until this vacation. I have spent HOURS on the phone and emailing with VRBO during my vacation for some kind of resolution - which has yet to happen."
