This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Avallon city center is a 5-minute walk away. Located under the ramparts of the old city, the neighborhood is on a west-facing hillside overlooking the tree-lined valley.

The space
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a living room with a sofa convertible into 120 cm, TV with canal plus. Also a fully-equipped kitchen.

There is an iron and ironing board, a sewing kit (in the bedroom), a first aid kit (in the bathroom drawer).

We take care of all your trash, garbage cans, cardboard, glass.

We always leave in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil and some spices so as not to be off guard when arriving at the apartment. You also have a few dishwasher pods available.
