Unlike many houses in Zermatt, the chalet is easily accessible by road.

Haus Theodul Studio — the perfect place for a single person or a couple to base their Zermatt vaction in. The studio is 25 qm big with a littel kitchen ,fully equipment, bathroom with a shower ,small balkony north on the ground floor.

Other things to note
Check in is from 4pm onwards and check out is 10am. If you wish to leave your luggage in the reception if you arrive early or leave later, that is no problem. Please inform us if you expect to arrive later than 6pm, as we will arrange to leave the keys out for you. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your arrival time the day before.

The studio on the ground floor was newly furnished in 2016. It is quietly located on the east side of the house. For 1-2 people. With kitchenette, shower/WC, east-facing balcony.
Haus La Colline is located on Riedweg. The lift to the Sunneggabahn and the end of the valley run are a 2-minute walk away. The Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk away, while the train station and church are a 15-minute walk away.

Guest access
Ski-in: with the skis you can go up to 100m in front of the house, if it has snowed fresh even up to the house.

The studio is very centrally located with a small kitchen and only a ten minutes walk from the train station. It is in a nice quiet area, with lovely view over the surrounding mountains. Close to restaurants and bars and to the Furi Station.

You have access to the whole studio. We'd be glad if you could put the linens that you used from the linen closet in the hall at the end of your stay. Thanks!
