The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual, water was always available in the lobby, umbrellas were available to guests, as well as free bag storage. - "The staff was super friendly and was able to answer all questions. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced doe the options they have. The room was clean for the most part except the carpet, it was gross. The walls are thin and when room service started cleaning at 9AM, it was so noisy through the connecting room door. Side street parking wasn’t an issue, I just downloaded the app and kept adding time to it. It was better than looking for garage with parking available during Christmas market time. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area. "
