The space
The modern furnished apartment is located on the
2nd floor. It offers everything that makes the stay comfortable. A central hallway connects the fully equipped kitchen
(with separate breakfast corner, coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, KitchenAid ...), the modern bathroom with shower and the two cozy living-bedrooms, each of which has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).
A desk is provided and each room is equipped with a large smart TV. There is Magenta TV with Netflix, Disney+, RTL+, etc. You can receive all of this for free. In addition, our smart TV allows you to use all other services via your own account. The entire space is available for your exclusive use.

Our apartment is approximately 67 square meters and has a small terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with a small double bed, and one bedroom with a pull-out single bed.

The ceiling height is a maximum of 2 meters!

If you're over 1.90 meters tall, enjoy cooking, and are allergic to cats, our apartment is probably not suitable for you.

The bedroom with the small double bed doesn't have its own heating, but all beds are equipped with electric underblankets.

The living room is heated by a stove stove. The kitchen is not yet functional. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of tea or coffee.

A couch and a large desk, along with a wall unit and a TV, make the living room quite cozy, and in the evenings you'll have it all to yourself. For hygienic and safety reasons, please do not use the sofa as a bed!

Another door in the living room leads to our conservatory, where we can meet for a smoke, if you and we are in mood for.

I currently have an outstanding insurance claim in the kitchen area of ​​the apartment that still needs to be renovated! I've been waiting for months for the craftsmen to schedule an appointment and for the insurance company to settle the claim.

Last year, our outdoor cat decided to annex the apartment for himself, partly because he doesn't get along with my other cat, Rajan. So you should expect him to meow for entry and take his nap there during daytime. However, I could also take him in in the evening if he bothers you. "Fetti" is an extremely well-behaved animal. He doesn't lie around in the beds but prefers his basket. He is very cuddly and playful.
Because of the renovation work still to be done and the cat, I would only enter the living room occasionally during the day, also to monitor the humidity in the living room. The levels were unacceptably high last year, but have settled at between 42-62% over the past few months.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. The space
The apartment is part of an old half-timbered house that was completely renovated in the 1980s. The rustic architectural style was preserved; everything is a little uneven and idiosyncratic, lots of wood and natural materials determine the picture. The open wall to the kitchen with the brick base and the black wooden beams imitates a half-timbered construction.
The living room is shielded from view by the front garden. The large window also has an external blind. In the rear area, roller blinds are attached to the window and garden door, so that the bedroom can be darkened.

The glass door next to the kitchen leads to a covered terrace, where wood is stored and the garden furniture is parked in winter. The garden also has a rural character, matching the house – meadow (instead of lawn), roses on the walls, fruit trees, shrubs, a tub with water lilies, an old shed with all kinds of clutter.

We design spaces exclusively for students, professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful shared apartment in Bonn specially made for you. Only long-term rental.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The property is an old house renovated, located in the Altstadt district, and has three levels, with a total surface area of 150 sqm and has 4 double rooms, one apartment (upstairs), three bathrooms, a kitchen, a patio, laundry, and basement.

The house is shared by 5 to 6 people.

The space

Availability: middle of August 2023. For one person.

We offer a double room in a shared apartment. Only long-term rentals.

Conditions : minimum stay 30 nights.

The room N° 3 is located on the 3rd floor of the house and has a private bathroom located on the street level**

The double room is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, and central heating.

To the front of this room, there is another room (room 4) and the stairs.

The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), caretaker services and maintenance and repairs.

It is flexible and autonomous. We will send the information somewhat before the day of arrival.

All rooms have keys.

Visitors
Visitors (meaning tourists) with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.

Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.

Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.

Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

Contract
We make a temporary rental contract. The provisions of this website will be applied for the management of payments.

Bond
Will be required and managed through the web.

Other things to note
This is not a tourist apartment. It is a shared property with other students or young professionals (Wohngemeinschaft). We do not offer a cleaning service or breakfast during the stay.
The cleaning of the property is responsibility of the tenants.

Reservations can only be accepted for students with proof of enrollment/document from the university or young professionals who are starting a new job/stage in Bonn.

This is a property for common use, with furnished rooms that are rented individually, on a temporary basis. Maximum stay one year.

This is a small flat for a single person, with a kitchen, clean bathroom, a couch as a bed 90x200 cm

The space
The flat is in the Universitycampus and near the University-Hospital. There is an own entrance on the backside of the house.
A Busstop is nearby. 15 minutes to the railway station by bus. Shops and restaurants are in the near.

Other things to note
The apartment has its own entrance in backyard of house. The backyard has room for one car. Here are also the garbage cans for the house.

This room is ideal for one person passing through or as a children/grandmother room with families. In total, three rooms are offered for a maximum of five persons. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. It is a matter of course that you leave these rooms clean after use!

The space
My place is in a quiet residential area near a farm and nearby hiking trails. Nevertheless, the shops for everyday needs are very easy to reach in a few minutes' walk, as well as the connection to public transport. Cologne/Bonn Airport can be reached by bus and (change in Siegburg) train (S-Bahn 19) in about 80 minutes (with direct connection).

Guest access
You can get into our accommodation via a key safe. The usual check-in and check-out times apply. Latest check-in on weekdays until 8 pm. Please note that if you arrive later or at night, other guests will not feel disturbed. (Don't bump the suitcase on every corner or draw attention to yourself by sighing and groaning loudly!)

During your stay
Dear guests, you can contact me at any time via AirBnB or reach me via smartphone/iPhone. My mobile number is on file with AirBnB. If you are unsure about the use of some devices, please contact me. We don't want the devices to break due to misuse!

Other things to note
Dear guests, I am a private host and so it happened again and again that I was expected to clean the toilet daily. Dear guests, I can assure you that I check the condition of the bathroom and kitchen several times a week. I really try to keep everything very tidy and clean, but I don't wipe after every guest! I'm not a hotel mom. It is part of my house rules to independently restore the order that you found at check-in. If you see that a guest has not put away their hygiene items or the dishes and used pots, please report. Thank you

Private room, consisting of two rooms - very comfortable. Also ideal for anyone looking to explore the Rhine by bike (close to the Rhine, good parking, lots of bike tools...)
The connection with local public transport is good, either by Deutsche Bahn or tram. The stops to Cologne or Bonn are each about 800 m or 1.2 km away.
If needed, we can rent a bike.
The Siebengebirge and the Rhine can be easily reached on foot.

Our household is a strict non-smoking household.

Since we also live in the house ourselves, we would like to point out that the offer is essentially intended for overnight stays. We are not a coworking space - if you are looking for that, we kindly ask you to look elsewhere. Thank you :-)

Furnished, freshly renovated apartment for rent in picturesque old building in Bonn Bad Godesberg city center. The room has TV, telephone, wifi, a fridge, a tea/coffee station and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It is cleaned once a week and provided with new bedding and towels. A cooking facility is not available.
The house is extremely central, such as the Bad Godesberger DB/U-Bahn station within a few minutes.
