Situated right opposite the Becks Brewery, there is a tram and bus stop right outside to get you to the City Centre or Airport. The property is located on the upper floor of our family home and is the perfect base for exploring the bike-friendly and quiet area around Delmenhorst. Bike tours in the flat surrounding area, shopping in downtown Delmenhorst or even in Bremen invite you to stay with us. Our property is located on the outskirts of Delmenhorst and in a few minutes there are plenty of highlights to explore.

You will have the upper floor to yourselves. This consists of two rooms plus bathroom. The second room is a private room, which will only be entered by us in an extreme emergency and also only in consultation with you. There is no kitchen available and there is no way to share our kitchen.

You will stay with us in a detached house. My husband, our child and I live here. We are both working. From 3 pm onwards, it could sometimes get a little noisy in the house during the week. Children's laughter cannot be ruled out then.
