The space
Our apartment is approximately 67 square meters and has a small terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with a small double bed, and one bedroom with a pull-out single bed.

The ceiling height is a maximum of 2 meters!

If you're over 1.90 meters tall, enjoy cooking, and are allergic to cats, our apartment is probably not suitable for you.

The bedroom with the small double bed doesn't have its own heating, but all beds are equipped with electric underblankets.

The living room is heated by a stove stove. The kitchen is not yet functional. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of tea or coffee.

It's certainly suitable for short stays, but can be extended upon request if it suits you

A couch and a large desk, along with a wall unit and a TV, make the living room quite cozy, and in the evenings you'll have it all to yourself. For hygienic and safety reasons, please do not use the sofa as a bed!

Another door in the living room leads to our conservatory, where we can meet for a smoke, if you and we are in mood for.

I currently have an outstanding insurance claim in the kitchen area of ​​the apartment that still needs to be renovated! I've been waiting for months for the craftsmen to schedule an appointment and for the insurance company to settle the claim.

Last year, our outdoor cat decided to annex the apartment for himself, partly because he doesn't get along with my other cat, Rajan. So you should expect him to meow for entry and take his nap there during daytime. However, I could also take him in in the evening if he bothers you. "Fetti" is an extremely well-behaved animal. He doesn't lie around in the beds but prefers his basket. He is very cuddly and playful.
Because of the renovation work still to be done and the cat, I would only enter the living room occasionally during the day, also to monitor the humidity in the living room. The levels were unacceptably high last year, but have settled at between 42-62% over the past few months.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

The space
The apartment is part of an old half-timbered house that was completely renovated in the 1980s. The rustic architectural style was preserved; everything is a little uneven and idiosyncratic, lots of wood and natural materials determine the picture. The open wall to the kitchen with the brick base and the black wooden beams imitates a half-timbered construction.
The living room is shielded from view by the front garden. The large window also has an external blind. In the rear area, roller blinds are attached to the window and garden door, so that the bedroom can be darkened.

Guest access
The glass door next to the kitchen leads to a covered terrace, where wood is stored and the garden furniture is parked in winter. The garden also has a rural character, matching the house – meadow (instead of lawn), roses on the walls, fruit trees, shrubs, a tub with water lilies, an old shed with all kinds of clutter.

You can only bring your pet if it is not too big. If in doubt, please let me know. There is a (one-time) fee of €70.

Since our apartment is too big for us, we offer this room for guests. We live on the second floor and this guest room is located directly opposite the entrance door. We have two bathrooms, so usually everyone has their own bathroom. My apartment is quite big. We also have two balconies. Please note our two guinea pigs. They are our pets. They usually stay on the second balcony. But guests can cuddle with them a little bit.

The space
There is a private refrigerator for guests in the hallway. There is also a kettle for tea and coffee. There are also dishes and cutlery for food you bring with you.
We have a double bed in the guest room for 2 people, but you can of course come alone. The bathroom is next to the guest room, you have to walk about 1 or 2 steps across the hallway. We also have a second bathroom in the apartment. We use it ourselves, so everyone has their own area. You are welcome to share the kitchen, it is fully equipped. However, it may be that everything in the kitchen is not always perfectly tidy because I work here very often myself.
