- "The apartment is a great place to stay, the location is well suited to visit Bonn and Koblenz (but also Cologne). It is a lovely quiet place. Well maintained and a nice garden. However, the bedroom is very full. We think it is an improvement to remove some furniture. There is little room to move around now. The electrical installation can also be improved here and there. There are now a lot of extension cords instead of fixed sockets. But again, we enjoyed our week of vacation!"

In the middle of the city and still wonderfully quiet. With a small yard and garden to relax or grill. A parking lot is right by the house and the bakery is opposite.
There are only a few steps to get to Bonn by public transport. It is only 25 minutes by car Cologne Bonn Airport is also just a few minutes away. Bad Honnef is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Germany, the Siebengebirge and the Westerwald. The Rheinsteig is within walking distance.

Our holiday room is located in Bad Honnef.
It has a double bed ( 140x200 ), TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer, microwave oven, toaster kettle, ( no oven only hob ) dining table with space for 2 people, bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a small ironing board.

Unfortunately, a parking space is not available, but you can park on the side street or the gravel strip next to the gym ( street up, right side ).

The room is located on the ground floor in our apartment building. accessible via 1 step. In the house we live in the house ourselves, my parents and there is another apartment directly above the apartment.

A few minutes walk from downtown ( 500m ) where there are various shops, bakers, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The nocturnal food market ( net ) is about 10 - 15 minutes walk ( 900 m ) away.
There are many other shops ( Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Hit, DM, Takko ) in the south of Honnefer. ( 2.3 km )

Furthermore, it is only a few minutes to the forest of the Siebengebirge ( 400m ) and also to the Rhine. Here is the tram stop and the island of Grafenwerth (about 1.3 km). The swimming pool can be reached in 1.9 km. There is also a mini golf course.

Two-room attic apartment with spacious living room and balcony.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. There are shops for all daily necessities in the immediate vicinity. The train station is a 5-minute drive and a 15-minute walk away. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

The space
The apartment was renovated in 2021. Kitchen, bathroom and floors are new. The walls and parts of the wooden ceiling were painted by us. And otherwise we have worked a lot ourselves on the apartment and the whole house.
After the apartment door, you enter the hallway, from which all other rooms branch off. The kitchen is spacious and has a small table for a quick breakfast or the first cup of coffee in the morning. There is a large fridge, also with a large freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.
The bathroom is small but nice. The shower is very generous with a length of 1.20. On request, the existing washing machine can also be used. Here we are happy to help with the operation, as it is a top loader and this is often not so well known.
In the bedroom, there is a 1.80 bed available and plenty of storage space for clothes. There are two dressers and a closet with a clothes hanger. A small desk is also available. From the bed you can also watch TV comfortably.
In the living room, there is a large dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. There you can sit together comfortably for a nice dinner.
On the window side of the living room, the sofa corner is furnished. There are two armchairs, a footstool and a large sofa. This can be unfolded and is equipped with a 1.40 mattress. Of course, the living room also has a TV.
The balcony can be entered from the kitchen and living room. It has no small table and seating.

Please note that there are also personal belongings of ours in the apartment, as we have previously used them ourselves. We have stored everything in such a way that it is not in your way and the corresponding cabinets are locked.
You are also welcome to use everything to which you have access!

The apartment is located in the attic of a detached two-family house. We ourselves live as a family with our little son on the first floor. Only the staircase is shared. The apartment is completely separate.
The front door can be reached via nine steps. In the stairwell there is a stair lift from the first floor to the second floor (apartment). This can be used on request. The apartment itself is on the first floor. Some door frames are a bit narrow, so that, for example, not every walker fits through.

The space
Our apartment is located in Bad Honnef.
A few minutes walk from downtown ( 500m ) where there are various shops, bakers, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The nocturnal food market ( Netto ) is about 10-15 minutes' walk ( 1 km ) away.
There are many other shops ( Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Hit, DM, Takko ) in the south of Honnefer. ( 2.3 km )

Furthermore, it is only a few minutes to the forest of the Siebengebirge ( 400m ) and also to the Rhine. Here is the tram stop and the island of Grafenwerth (about 1.3 km). The swimming pool can be reached in 1.9 km. There is also a mini golf course.


The apartment has 60 square meters and is a three-room apartment.

2 bedrooms, both equipped with a TV. A room with a double bed (140 × 200 ). The other has a double bed ( 140 × 200 )and one single bed ( 90 × 200 ).
So there is enough space for 4-5 people + 1 baby.
Beds are made with fresh linens upon your arrival.

Cozy 38sqm apartment in a 120 year old house near the city center of Bad Honnef.

The apartment is designed childproof,.
We live in the same house with our small children. The apartment is equipped with a cozy combined kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine.

CAUTION:
The street in which the appartment is located is currently under construction so there is only a gravel path to the house, no concrete.

The space
Side Info: In 2025, the street in front of the house is under construction and you can not pass there with a car. However, there is a (currently free) parking lot at the opposite side of the street. The Appartment is at the backsite of the house so there wouldn't be too much noise from the construction site.

The apartment is equipped with a functional and cozy combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped a refrigerator with a small freezer, two hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and aa electric kettle.

The television in the living room is a Smart TV with DVB-T2. When extended, the sofa bed measures approximately 1.95 x 1.15 m. One adult or two children can comfortably fit here.
From the living room there is access to the terrace you will be sharing with us. There is a small area reserved just for you, the rest of the terrace and garden can be used as agreed upon arrival.

The bedroom is equipped with a 1.8 m wide double bed and still offers enough space for a baby bed (1.2 x 0.6 m), which we will provide upon request.

The bathroom can be reached from the bedroom at the end of the apartment.

There is also a shared guest toilet in the hallway. By using this guest toilet you can continue to use sanitary facilities without disturbing someone who may already be sleeping in the bedroom.

If you have bicycles or strollers with you, they can be parked in the fenced garden.

Currently until the end of 2025 there is construction work on the street so the street itself can not be used with a car. However, there is (Currently free) parking at the opposite site of the street and a 20m walk to the appartment.

The next bus stop ("Kurhaus Bad Honnef") is approx. 200 meters away.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Bad Honnef train station.
It's just under 15 minutes to the tram, with a direct connection to Bonn and Siegburg.
If you arrive by train, we recommend taking bus 565 from the “Rhöndorf” train station to “Kurhaus”.

Moni's vacation apartment is located in the Selhof district of Bad Honnef on the edge of the Siebengebirge. At the edge of the forest, game occasionally comes close to the apartment in the early morning hours. The neighbors are nice and the nearby shopping center is about 500 m away.
Bad Honnef is centrally located and you can easily get around along the Rhine by car or public transport. After a day trip, you can relax in the apartment and stream on the multimedia TV with your own account.

Our new apartment is a self-contained apartment on the lower floor of our detached single-family home with direct garden access.
The living space is about 60 square meters and is divided into a large kitchen with seating area, a combined living and sleeping area and a bathroom.
The fenced garden area can be used together with us.
There are many seating options available to our guests.

A car parking space is also part of the apartment. Electric cars can be charged at the existing wall box on request.

The entire apartment is available. The price of up to 2 people is one separate bedroom with a double bed (bedroom 1). The additional bedrooms 2 and 3 can be booked if, for example, you prefer to sleep separately or use the apartment with up to 6 persons. Otherwise, the bedrooms 2 and/or 3 are locked.

With us, check in and check out are contactless (key safe).

We live in the house and rent out 2 separate apartments. Each unit has its own entrance. The garden is not rented.
