The apartment has its own entrance and direct access to the large garden, which invites you to barbecue or simply enjoy nature. In adverse weather, you can simply retreat to your own conservatory and enjoy the get-together.
The Evia vacation home proves to be the perfect location to take up various activities. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the tourist center at the train station in Heimbach, from where you can reach other sights in a few minutes. In addition, shops such as Netto or Edeka can be reached within 2 minutes on foot! Free parking directly below the apartment gives you the flexibility you need to reach more distant destinations quickly.
As soon as you have left the house grounds via the stairs, you will find yourself in front of the river "Rur." This invites you for daily walks. You can also walk to hiking trails and beautiful forest paths.

Our guests have sole access to the 60 m² apartment with separate entrance, as well as the large terrace. There is a second apartment on the first floor, but it is completely closed.
The guest can drive to the back of our house by car and park there free of charge.
