The property people will send you an email with the check in details and codes but they literally sent it about 20 mins before check in. That's ok, but I think they should send it out earlier or at least send something the day before saying you will get instructions tomorrow. It might just be me but I have anxiety anyway so not knowing what to expect is uncomfortable. Also, mine went to junk mail and when I didn't see anything I tried to call but the office was closed that day. Part of the issue is that the entrance is not view able when you walk up to the property. You are on a small cobble path/road and you come up to the house and see a gate. You must walk past this gate and keep going up and around the corner to the entrance. It would be easy to avoid confusion by putting a sign on the gate that says "entrance" with an arrow so that you know to keep walking up and around. Once I found the entrance and email we were good. This place also has laundry which was nice."
