Bellagio is a magical, but crowded place. The villa provided us with the perfect balance to enjoy the magic and have a little separation from the crowds. It is located about a ten minute walk from town and looks over a most peaceful area of the water (you won't be watching the ferry boats from here!) It is quiet for Bellagio but close to everything. We liked being able to walk to a true grocery store (15 minutes) and a pizza/sandwich etc. store (5 minutes) without navigating the crowds. You are five minute walk from a small beach area to go swim, there is also a dock in this area that sailing and motor boat tours can leave from and our charter boat was happy to pick us up from this location. The Villa itself was very well appointed and had all that we needed. We had plenty of space for the five of us with two bedrooms with doors, a large upstairs living area that served as a third bedroom, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen/dining/living room on the bottom floor. We also had access to a laundry machine which was appreciated. This villa is 1/2 of a beautiful home and there are tenants in the other 1/2. It was quiet as anything, ample outdoor space, beautiful place would go back if ever I am so lucky!"

- "Wonderful space for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Beds super comfy, AC was great, internet great, everything you need in the kitchen. Even a bottle of wine for us on the table. Amazing, Amazon view from the balcony!! Couldn’t be a better location next to the restaurants, shops, gelato and the ferry boats. Super easy to find because the host video calls you and welcomes you. I’ve never had better communication from a host. We’ll be coming back for a week or so next time."
