Our new 115 m², open-plan apartment, with its loft-like character that we have lovingly and comfortably furnished for you, is located in a former agricultural estate, the existence of which dates back to the 1600s.
From the apartment and its terrace you have a view of the Church of St. Andreas, with her late Romanesque plaster building, the existence of which dates back to 1200. The sacristy comes from the baroque. Since a church service takes place in this church only once a year (Christmas), the bells are no longer ringed and the rural tranquility is not disturbed. If you are interested, the church can also be visited.

In our apartment you will find a spacious living area, this is equipped with a large corner couch that offers enough space to relax and unwind. The couch can be folded out and converted into a double bed. An extra bed can also be provided.

In this kitchen, cooking becomes an experience and, thanks to the view of the entire apartment, also a family event. Here you can cook relaxed and passionate, alone, as a couple or with the whole family.

On the west side of this holiday home there is a 27 m² covered terrace, equipped with a comfortable seating area, 2 loungers, a grill and a large traffic light umbrella. A play house is available for our little guests and the adjacent green area can of course also be used for playing and romping. On this terrace with the afternoon and evening sun, you can enjoy the peace, relax from an exciting day and relax in the evening sun, read a book or enjoy togetherness with a glass of wine or beer.

The cosy, quiet room is on the 1st floor. The S-Bahn and two buses are a seven-minute walk away. In about 30 minutes you can reach the airport, Freising, Garching, the city or the TUM. Bathing lakes in the vicinity can be reached by bike or on foot. Eching and neighboring towns offer nice restaurants and cafés, a flea market every 2nd Saturday, events in the town hall, Thai massage, and beauty salons.

Nice room with sun in the afternoon. Equipped with 160 cm kingsize bed, wardrobe, desk. WLAN, shared printer. On request: trampoline, hoola tires, etc. We provide a 26er bike for exploring the area. You can sit on the terrace or lie in the park with the picnic blanket. You can play with Buddy or occasionally eat (vegetarian) with us. In your room you can work undisturbed or relax.

Our kitchen is very small and full and is used by us throughout the day. Guests may use it for drinks and occasionally for the preparation of small meals. Washing machine, washing powder, tumble dryer and clothes horse are available.

We are always there for our guests, if requested. Guests who are here on business enjoy peace and quiet in their free time.
Guests who have free time occasionally eat with us or can also do activities with us, e.g. a trip to the Freising weekly market or whatever is currently on offer. We should plan it ahead of time if there is a desire in this direction.

OUR PET
Please note that there is a dog living in our home. Our four-legged friend is a loving family, but he is insecure around strangers and sometimes shows protective behavior. He is still in education and is learning something new every day.

Important to know: There is no rabies and no stray dogs in Germany. This information is particularly important for our foreign guests and contributes to your safety and well-being.

We ask our guests for understanding and consideration. If there are any concerns or special requests regarding contact with our dog, please let us know in advance. We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to ensure that you feel comfortable with us.


LONG TERM STAY:
Longer stays of more than four weeks are also possible on request. In this case, we would like to know more precisely who is coming into our home. Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet, residential area.
The room (with TV) is on the first floor has a balcony that can be used, e.g. for smoking. Guests will have the wifi code. Unfortunately, we cannot offer breakfast, but guests will be given the coffee machine explained. A bakery is in the area which is also open on Sundays.

Our guest room is the former room of our daughter and is located on the 1st floor.

The room is open to the top as it is a gallery apartment, so be quiet in the evening as I sleep on the first floor. We will share the dining table.
Your room/bedroom (see photos) about 8 square meters is separated separately next to the living room by a sliding door. The sofa bed folds out into a bed and measures 1.00 m x 2.00 m and is very comfortable. The room still has a closet, dresser and shelf.

The freshly renovated, furnished 1-room apartment is very nice and brightly equipped. From the apartment you have direct access to a small balcony.

The living room is equipped with a wardrobe, a table and a seating area that invites you to linger. The bed has a size of 140 x 200 centimeters.

In the apartment you will find a small kitchenette, which is equipped with a fridge, a two-burner stove and plenty of dishes, as well as hanging cabinets and is ideal for preparing spontaneous meals.
