It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on what was available for use. Bath Towels were provided. Apartment #2 is on the second floor and I didn’t see any elevator so it could be challenging for those who have accessibility needs. I enjoyed my stay. "

Plenty of places to eat & buy groceries nearby. Although be warned all the grocery places are closed on a Sunday, plenty of restaurant options though. Apartment is a good size & well equipped kitchen & throughout. Lots of attention to detail with towels, bathmat, alarm clock, travel adapter, hairdryer, safe. Plenty of space to sit. Aircon was great & put to good use as it reached 29°! The toiletries were appreciated as we had travelled with small hand luggage. Filip responded very quickly to messages and answered all my queries. He went above & beyond to help us & let us leave our bags there after check out so we didn't have to carry them with us all day which made a huge difference. Check in instructions were very clear & photos helped. Building my look a bit off on the Google pics but much of the city has graffiti, it felt very safe & was a lovely old building. The idea behind the MINI studio was to create an affordable, modern listing with all the necessary amenities guests’ may need for a comfortable stay in Croatia’s capital.

It is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building without an elevator.

The compact space of the MINI studio makes it ideal for one guest, but it can also accommodate two on the small double bed (120x200 cm).

Looking for a place to prepare a quick snack before exploring the city, or something bigger? The studio's kitchenette has all the essentials for cooking and serving a meal – a portable cooktop, fridge, sink, pans & pots, dishes, glasses & cups, and cutlery.

Free parking apt with very interested view during the day and in the night. From the apt you can see one of the biggest loop in Croatia and in the top view area you can see the whole mountain of Medvednica, mountain at which bottom lies Zagreb. In the night you can see thousands of lights. Somewhere in the middle it can be seen the main cathedral in the center of town. All apt interior was carefully chosen and partly custom made with idea to provide guests absolutely unique experience! :-)
