Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer"

- "C" - "This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. And I left the best for last. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. Anything you could dream up seemed to be there. - "Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town.
