The very spacious lounge has two sofas, a dining area and access onto the balcony. It is equipped with 40" wide screen TV showing Austrian/German Digital Cable channels (includes some English, French, Russian and other language channels and sport channels).
We also have an additional streaming facility for more English language TV shows and movies, including Netflix, (since Brexit we are currently unable to access UK TV channels, BBC, ITV, Etc.). DVD Player (plays all regions) with a selection of DVDs, & portable radio/cassette/CD player. The master bedroom also has a media friendly TV with built in DVD player and streaming facility. As we do not know your specific taste in movies or music, we do recommend that you bring your favourite music CD's and movie DVD's. NB the DVD player does not play Blu-ray.
There is also a large selection of games, jigsaws and books available (in German and English etc.). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The bathroom has a sink, bath with shower over, and there is a separate WC.
Within the building there is a utility room with Miele washing machine and drier (washing machine and dryer are both coin operated - pay to use) all available in the communal 1st floor utility area. The apartment building is situated in the centre of the village, off the side of the famous Mozartplatz and its highly decorated buildings including the world famous Rathouse.
