- "We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home to spend our summer vacation in Bad Hofgastein. The spacious chalet has all the amenities and the kitchen is fully equipped. Overlooking a field and alpine mountains, the chalet offers breathtaking views. The internet is super fast and the smart TV with an external speaker makes for a great evening get together. A tribute to the surrounding mountains in wood and stone in modern and luxurious design. The 120m² apartment is located in the upper and attic floor in a quietly located on the hillside Salzburg Chalet. From the spacious living area and the adjoining open kitchen you have a fantastic view of the mountains of the Gastein valley. Enjoy the Alpine panorama while the fire patters in the background in our inglenook fireplace. In the three bedrooms upstairs and the attic you can recover from your activities in the Gastein valley. One of these bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm), while the other bedroom is furnished with a high bunk bed in Alpine style. Your children will feel comfortable here, but adults will sleep peacefully in the 90x200cm beds. In the modern bathroom with free-standing bathtub and large rainfall shower you can relax at the highest level of wellness. An additional and separate toilet is also available. A quaint staircase takes you to the attic, where the third bedroom is located, also equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). Sleep right under the starry sky as you look out of bed through the large skylights. Despite the luxury and generosity of the hayloft atmosphere comes through the small round arch window. In order to fully enjoy the sun and the alpine panorama, there is the South-West balcony with a fantastic panorama directly in front of the living room. There is also a smaller east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun and the direct view of the cliffs of Gamskarkogel. In the east garden is a belonging to the apartment sun terrace. For skis and ski boots there is space in the ski depot in the basement with ski boot dryer, drying facilities for ski and hiking clothes and workbench for skis, snowboard and MTB.

- "We hebben erg genoten in dit heerlijk schone huis! zo schoon hebben we nog niet eerder getroffen. de bedden waren zeer goed. Het appartement is op een rustige plek een stukje bij de skigebieden vandaan. Het loopje naar de bus is prima te doen, de bushalte bevindt zich vlakbij restaurant Ortenstein, waar we tevens heerlijk hebben gegeten. De gastheer en vrouw waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. de enige 2 minpuntjes die we kunnen bedenken zijn dat er geen skischoen verwarmer/droger aanwezig was en de schoenen mochten niet mee naar boven waardoor ze niet goed droog werden. dit hebben wij opgelost door onze losse schoenverwarmers beneden te gebruiken, maar we hadden er niet genoeg. en dat het toilet in de badkamer was en niet apart. Het was een hele fijne plek, wie weet komen we hier nog eens terug we houden het zeker in gedachten."

Located right on the street, it offers plenty of peace and quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the centre. The ski bus pretty much stops at the door, and the cosy interior with lots of wood makes you feel immediately welcome. The walk-through bedroom has a loft bed (160x200) and can be accessed via the main bedroom and does not have windows. Ideal for children!

The town center with the world-famous thermal baths, bars, restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the city bus stop with direct departure to the ski areas is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 70 m on foot). Due to the optimal south-west slope of our house, you have wonderful sunshine from morning to evening and excellent living quality. The apartments are characterized by a wonderful panoramic view of the Gastein mountains - located on a slope, you can see our local mountains Graukogel, Stubnerkogel and Schlossalm from the dreamy and spacious south-west balcony / terrace. Apartment 01 - ground floor for 4-5 people
A tribute to the surrounding mountains in wood and stone in a modern and luxurious design. The 100m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet chalet in Salzburg. From the spacious living area and the adjoining open kitchen you have a fantastic view of the mountains of the Gastein valley. Enjoy the Alpine panorama while the fire is pattering in the corner of our fireplace. In the two bedrooms you can relax from your activities in the Gastein valley. One of these bedrooms has a double bed (160x200cm), while the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed in an alpine hut style. Your children in particular will feel comfortable here, but adults will also sleep peacefully and relaxed in the 90x200cm beds. For a possible 5th person there is the possibility to sleep on a pull-out mattress (90x200cm) under the bunk bed. In the modern bathroom with free-standing bathtub and large rain shower, you can relax at the highest wellness level. The toilet is separate. To fully enjoy the sun and the Alpine panorama, the south-west terrace directly in front of the living room is at your disposal with a wonderful panorama. For skis and ski boots there is space in the ski depot in the basement with a ski boot dryer, drying options for ski and hiking clothing and a workbench for skis, snowboards and MTB.
