- "We spent 4 days in Prague after coming from Budapest and Vienna. By far, this was the loveliest hotel we stayed in. It is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, walking distance to everything and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering an abundance of ideas on things to do and see. The room was very large with a beautiful balcony. Bilel, the doorman, greeted you with a big smile every morning and was a joy to talk to. - "This was not our first time staying at this wonderful hotel. From the checking in it was just a fantastic experience. I traveled with my mother, booking a room for each of us. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our rooms were, and the fact that our doors just faced each other. What a perfect set up I can honestly say that I had my best sleep out of all the hotels that I slept in on this specific trip. There was absolutely no problem with any noise from the street that are windows faced. The bottle of Prosecco that we received as able come gift was just a perfect touch. We enjoyed breakfast. There is plenty to choose from and the staff always refills items as they get low. The selection changes daily as well, and I appreciate that. As for the staff, everyone is always eager to assist if needed. Location is one of the best, just steps away from the presidential castle and short walk to many of the major sites that one wants to see in Prague. We always make a reservations at a restaurant. That’s just next to the castle 2 minute walk from the hote called Kuchyn , the specialize in Czech cuisine, and are one of the best. If you truly want to experience what Prague has to offer, this is the hotel to stay in. There are many options out there, but the location, Price and Customer Service is top-notch. - "9 night stay , so having a separate lounge area was essential as I knew jet lag would be a factor!!! Big bonus is the free breakfast (same each day but good enough to set you for the day) , but even better was the ‘kickback happy hour’ this gave 3 alcoholic drinks each, plus a basic dinner - per person between 1730 and 1900 - this was great and meant we we only actually ate out a couple times in the evening, allowing to focus on the important stuff - the honky tonks!!!!"

Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. The location is quite unbeatable within walking distance of the National Museum and main pedestrian avenue, and railway station. Relevant tram station is I P Pavlova. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and prepared well for us. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the main area. Close enough that you don't need to worry about it but far enough that it is quiet in the area. There are still shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes from the front door by foot. The hotel has a spa and things but we didn't take advantage of them during our stay. The only drawback was that the beds were very hard, even compared to other beds in Europe. I could sleep on it but it was too firm for me."
