The female restaurant manager whose name I didn’t catch was so helpful and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is hard to beat (less than a football field walk to the Duomo) and shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was amazing and room came with every amenity imaginable from state of the steamer and some hair curling device I don’t know about but she appreciated."
