There are dozens of options for dining and a supermarket in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The front desk staff speaks English, and they were always kind to everyone in our group. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is a parking garage below the hotel which was reasonably priced and convenient. We will return."

- "The Novotel in Clermont-Ferrand was conveniently just off the autoroute. Good protected parking and very efficient check-in. (And they are DOG FRIENDLY). Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. The best part: The food offerings at the Novotel are excellent. A very good bar menu of bistro fare, including Croque Monsieurs. But the restaurant itself is terrific. Way beyond anything you would imagine at a Novotel. We will stay there again just for the restaurant!"
