From our own experience, the climate here is very good for respiratory diseases!

You have a large fenced garden area with a sun terrace for cosy evenings where you can enjoy your holiday by the open fireplace. The children also have plenty of space to play and run around. You can conveniently park your car directly on the property. If you are travelling by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the station.

The ground-floor house is very spacious with an area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to six (seven) people. There are three bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one single bed. The space
The main house is an art house with exhibition rooms and residence rooms. Storks nest just. It's very quiet, the small street in front of the house leads into the forest, shopping in 4km, beautiful bird park with fantastic playgrounds. In the apartment, an attempt has been made to provide everything that is standard, if something is missing, let me know! Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Two bikes in top condition can be rented for 11 euros, since we work with a bike rental

There is a key safe, the code will be communicated to you when no one is there to greet you. You have your own entrance, but if we are there, you can also talk to us, we are easily on it, there is an alternative shared flat mood. The apartment is completely closed, so you are all by yourselves. Garden is common area. Next to the main house is a gallery and workshop house, which you can access on request and by arrangement. There are places in the garden where you can sit nicely and quietly. We have recently started awarding artist residencies. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate pets.

Other things to note
The weather is often cold here in the evening, and also stormy by the sea, so bring warm things even in summer. Wellies and rain gear are never wrong either.

The vacation rental Ostsee Oase is located as a granny apartment in a large multigenerational house. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and converted and expanded as a vacation home. The apartment has a separate entrance.

The Ostsee Oase offers on approx. 56 square meters a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with space for suitcases and also a travel bed for babies and a large living room, plenty of space for relaxing hours far away from home.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The mattresses are new. There is also a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the bedroom. In the bedroom there is also space to set up a baby crib, which is available.

The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a short or even a longer stay. Shower, toilet, mirror, sink, storage and towels are at your disposal.

In the living room, which is furnished in a maritime style, you will find a large corner sofa, which offers space for the whole family, as well as a TV on site, as well as the dining area. You can discover storage shelves, a cozy lamp and the attention to detail here. Selected books and games are available for your feel-good vacation.

In the apartment, a kitchen area is also available to you. This is equipped with a fridge and a double hot plate. You will also find salt, pepper, sugar or filter bags in the apartment. Dishes and pots as well as a pan are also available. A highchair for toddlers is provided.

The large living-dining room with the kitchenette is the first room. The kitchen offers the best conditions for self-catering with modern appliances. A fireplace can provide cozy warmth on cool days.

Continue to the bathroom on the left with shower, bathtub and toilet with bidet.

Opposite is the panoramic bedroom for two people with a wonderful view from the bed. A small antique desk offers the possibility of a home office.

The cottage stretches over two floors. The large covered terrace leads directly to the living area with a fireplace. A modern kitchen and dining area is integrated into the living area.

Here, two further separate bedrooms with 2 double beds each offer sleeping space for 4 people. On the upper floor there is a shower with toilet. Centrally situated between Rostock and Stralsund, you can reach the beautiful, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach in the seaside resort of Dierhagen from Marlow in just 25 minutes by car.
