- "All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed access to the small pool and excellent transport links. Great location for moving around and seeing different points of interest." - "We rented 2 rooms, a two bedroom unit through the hotel itself, when hotels.com said none were available, and a 1 bedroom unit through hotels.com. The two bedroom unit had a European washer/dryer combo in the room which was extremely convenient, although as is typical it took a long time to completely wash and dry a load of dirty laundry. Based on the hotels.com listing, we thought there would be a washer/dryer in the one bedroom unit, but there wasn’t. Nevertheless, both units were large and very comfortable, including a large bathtub/shower. The location was across the street from a U-Bahn station which made access to the rest of Berlin very easy and also across the street was a Donner kabob shop which our taxi driver said had the best donner kabobs in Berlin. They were excellent and very filling. Further down the street was a wonderful Lebanese restaurant, which had some of the best Middle Eastern food we’ve had. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was plentiful and tasty."

Had 4 days in wet weather but room was nice to come back to. Hotel situated down quiet side road just off the main road. No noise. Easy taxi from airport and hotel can arrange a taxi for you and have it there in two minutes. A minus was that we found the pillows very uncomfortable and only having one we propped them up with dressing gowns. Bed was comfortable however. A small table is provided under desk but with only one dining/desk chair. On asking at reception we were told we would find one was in the closet. There was not, so we perched on the bed at meal times. The staff were very helpful overall and the apartment (a studio) had everything in the way of utensils. There is no oven but micro doubles if you wish to use it. IT was extremely clean and it was evident the staff worked hard to keep it spotless."
