Holiday complex consisting of three holiday houses in a bungalow style and a Finnish chalet

This is a little holiday complex surrounded by meadows and forests, in Rabenstein near Chemnitz.

The individual holiday houses are individually designed. The double beds in all the houses measure 180 x 200cm.

There is a grill area with seating. There is also a little swimming pond for dogs and there is a pool with a lawn (550m²) and sun loungers, for shared use. The complex is completely fenced. There are parking spaces in front of each house.

A relaxing holiday is ensured by the very quiet location right by the forest. The town centre and various shopping centres are within 15 minutes by car, due to the convenient transport connections. The reservoir lake (with a separate nudist area) for swimming, boating and a climbing forest are about 1000 metres away, along very pleasant forest paths. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many places of interest are nearby. It is about 45 minutes by car to Dresden, about 65 minutes to Leipzig. Holiday complex consisting of three holiday houses in a bungalow style and a Finnish chalet

This is a little holiday complex surrounded by meadows and forests, in Rabenstein near Chemnitz.

The individual holiday houses are individually designed. The double beds in all the houses measure 180 x 200cm.

There is a grill area with seating. There is also a little swimming pond for dogs and there is a pool with a lawn (550m²) and sun loungers, for shared use. The complex is completely fenced. There are parking spaces in front of each house.

A relaxing holiday is ensured by the very quiet location right by the forest. The town centre and various shopping centres are within 15 minutes by car, due to the convenient transport connections. The reservoir lake (with a separate nudist area) for swimming, boating and a climbing forest are about 1000 metres away, along very pleasant forest paths. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many places of interest are nearby. It is about 45 minutes by car to Dresden, about 65 minutes to Leipzig. There is a little travel guide in the accommodation with important telephone numbers and addresses, details of shops, restaurants and sights.

This is a holiday home, completely renovated in 2023, in a very quiet location near the reservoir in the Oberrabenstein recreation area in Chemnitz. The approx. 60 m² guest house is located on a 400 m² fenced plot with its own parking space.

With a modern furnished living room including a leather corner couch (as an extra bed) and fireplace, it has a 50 inch LED TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD player, as well as a game console for your children, if desired. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, four-ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The daylight bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub has a modern design. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for plenty of storage space. There is also electric heating throughout the house.

Small single room in a 4-room apartment. Maximum of six guests, newly renovated, monument protected old building, a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation! The apartment is on the ground floor, in the house there is a small staircase to climb.

The space
It is a four-room apartment in a listed old building that was completely renovated from January to April 2025. Some of the walls have been wallpapered. Most of them were used with lime plaster. The bathroom is new and core renovated. A fully-equipped kitchen is available for guests. A capsule machine will prepare them the coffee, Tchibo brand Caffissimo, coffee capsules we provide. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. We consciously forego big screen TV. Fiber optic connection is scheduled for the next few weeks, then the offer will change in this regard. At the moment, the internet is not working. Check-in is first done by means of a key box. The lockbox is located on the outside of the mailbox system and has the code 8426. Front door keys and apartment keys vary. In addition to the rooms, there is another key box with an individual code for each room. Corresponding code will be provided at the time of booking.
