Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Welcome to stay in our charming annex of about 70 sqm in the heart of Lund and a stone's throw from beautiful Stadsparken.

The property is within walking distance to Lund's cultural experiences, parks, restaurants, cafes, museums and much more. To the accommodation it is about a 7-minute walk from Central Station.

From the station it takes 14min to Malmö and 45min to Copenhagen by train. If you want to hang out on the beach and swim, it takes 15 minutes by bus from the station to Lomma, Bjärred or Habo Ljung.

The space
The annex is a newly renovated separate building located next to the main building on a large common house.

The annex has its own private entrance and is surrounded by a lovely sun deck overlooking the leafy communal garden. There is outdoor furniture to use on the own attached sun deck in a southwest facing position.

On the first floor it is open plan with entrance hall, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room as well as bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, dryer. In the living room there are two couches.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and equipped air-conditioning, a smaller bedroom with a single bed (105 cm), a space with two single beds (90 cm), clothes storage and a smaller TV room with another sofa. There is blackout in all bedrooms.

We can provide bed linen and towels for 100 SEK per person. Alternatively, bring your own. Please let us know your choice with good advance notice.
Note: It is not allowed to use the beds without bed linen or with a sleeping bag. At checkout, all bed sheets and towels are put in the laundry basket.

Other things to note
- The furniture could be updated and improved afterwards and thus different from the photos in the listing.
- The bedrooms and living areas are being planned and furnished. Pictures will be posted soon.
- The living room downstairs does not have blackout curtains so bring a blindfold if you are sensitive to sunlight.
- Upstairs leads a narrow and slightly steep staircase with smaller steps that you get used to quickly but can feel a little difficult at first. There is a hefty stair railing to support.
- On the entire upstairs, there are sloping ceilings and standing height on half.
- None of the spaces listed are shared with anyone else but the garden belongs to the main building.
- There are grocery stores nearby within a few minutes walking distance and are open until 11pm every day.
