Cozy room in a quiet area near central Lund. Walking distance to shops and bus – 7 min to the city center. Sometimes you’ll share the apartment with me and my boyfriend and sometimes you’ll have it to yourself. Access to shared bathroom and kitchen.

🪷The appartment is newly renovated and has new wooden floors, new fridge and microwave. A superfast Wifi is also there.

🪷There are 9 appartments in the house and it’s a portcode that you recieve after the booking is confirmed to the main door. The laundry is in the basement and needs booking by me ahead.

🪷You have to respect the other neighbours and not be too loud after 10 pm. No smoking in the appartment or the balcony is allowed. Thank you and welcome!

There is space in the fridge for your food. You’re welcome to use all kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine and kettle. If there’s freshly brewed coffee available, you’re very welcome to have a cup but you have to bring your own coffee if you are going to use the coffemachine more often.

A living room with table available, TV (G o o g le Home and Chromecast devices available) as well as a bed sofa for sleeping. In this offer I include simple breakfast such as cereal, porridge and fruits. I do not make it for you as I commute early every morning, but it is available for you. Your room is 20 square meters, plus large built-in wardrobes, a large window facing southeast to our garden, making is very quiet, despite its extremely central location, next to Martenstorget in the very center of Lund.

The room has two single beds 80x200cm, which are usually stacked on top of each other for a single visitor, as seen on the photo.
To welcome two guests, I will prepare them to form a 160x200 bed (with two materasses).

You have a desk, a chair, a lamp, and drawer in the room as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is dedicated space for you in the kitchen.

You may enjoy your meals in the large living area, alone or together with me, as you prefer.

The bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin and a spacious bathtub with shower function.

The property is located in the second floor of a well-kept building with high ceilings. and nice, mixed neighbours (mainly students and families)

It is a historical building without an elevator. The stairways is spacious, but keep in mind that you need to be able to your suitcase two floors up on your own. Please don't book if you are not able to do that.

Please be reminded of Swedish politeness:

- please take your shoes off before entering the common area and your room.

- this is a historical building with a largely wooden construction. It is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere in and near the house for security reasons.

- Swedes are quiet and respectful people. We don't shout in the stairways, we don't play loud music at night and we don't party at home at night.
