The apartment was completed in 2016 and is located with its own entrance in a no longer used agricultural barn on the property of the German landlord. The main house of the landlord is about 100 meters away.
The entrance to the apartment with direct including car parking and the terrace are from the main house with privacy, a trouble-free holiday is guaranteed.
The apartment is on the upper floor of the barn and consists of a central living room with small dining area and German satellite TV. From the living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom and in the kitchen and the small hallway to the entrance. The bedroom offers a large double bed and enough space for the Urlaubsgardrobe in the closet. Bed linen is provided and is included in the rent. The also modern furnished large bathroom, which is right next to the bedroom, is equipped with shower and toilet. (Weekly change) are also provided and are also included in the rent.
The cooking in the kitchen on an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven tube. Of course, next to the freezer and the everyday things like coffee maker, kettle, toaster. From the bedroom and living room - even off the sofa is to see the romantic lake. Through a private entrance leads to the own rowboat. Life jackets are available in the apartment. Bathing in the lake is possible over an 8m long jetty - beyond the Seerosengürtel with ladder. Pure relaxation.
On the back of the barn towards the lake you can on a small sun terrace - Sonnensegel available- breakfast, barbecue or sunbathe. For the remainder of the barn rear wall towards the main house, a wooden partition guarantees its privacy. We would be even more photos available on demand.
From vacation rental you can reach a romantic official swimming area with toilets, seating and barbecue at 2 km walk through the forest. In about 20 minutes you are in Vimmerby - the tourist center of Smaland- or on the large lake Krön at Södra Vi to swim on the sandy beach or canoe (rental station available). The nearest Ica for food shopping is located in Södra Vi, about 10 minutes away.
The famous 1000 year old oak and the National Park Nora Kvill located about 20 minutes away forest path. Linköping with its well-preserved old town or the lock system of Berg can be reached in about 60 minutes by car.
So if you are looking for both peace and tranquility and Swedish natural idyll as well as the experience of tourist attractions in the region, you are exactly right. Information material is in the apartment.
What can be more beautiful on holiday than to end the day in the middle of the forest on the terrace overlooking the unspoiled nature with the typical Swedish forest lake or to go for a swim after hot summer days after an eventful day in the tourist stronghold Smalands. With a little luck ducks, wild geese and swans can be seen on the lake. Fishing is not possible!

Do you want to explore the south of Sweden? Well then, this is definitely where you would want to stay! This vacation apartment is located in the heart of Småland, with endless possibilities to get to know Sweden. It was newly built in a typical country barn, located in a typical Swedish village, with the fresh smell of nature just outside its doorstep.

The apartment can house a maximum of eight people, with the possibility of adding a couple of beds upon request. Two of the bedrooms have Queen Size beds, while there is an loft with the remaining four single beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower each to meet our guests' presumably wishes to keep fresh scented, and a well equipped kitchen to make it as available as possible to stay well fed during your holiday. In the spacious living area there is plenty of room for our guests to hang out. You could all cuddle up in front of the TV, spread out a boardgame across the dining table or just relax with a good book in one of the lounge chairs. On particularly hot summer evenings (or any evenings really ..) the large balcony makes a perfect spot for drinking wine, coffee or other liquids of your choice. If you are lucky, which we are quite often, you might even be able to spot a deer or two, or ten, from up there!

Nice apartment in "Södra Vi" with the perfect location to visit Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and all the beautiful places where her films were shot. The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the large garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy walks in the beautiful Brunnsparken or swimming in the beautiful Krönbadet, where there is also a summer café and canoe rental. Both a restaurant and a grocery store are close by. The area is so quiet, even with another family around (you won't notice their presence much). Often the only noises I could hear were a cow moo-ing in the village, and birds chirping. Absolute bliss. The location of the house is in a small village, about 40 minutes drive away from Värnamo, where you will find the nearest supermarket and systembolaget. Storemosse national park is also only an hour away, and contains some of the most beautiful scenery and walking trails we have seen. We spent two whole days exploring the national park and still didn't see everything. Lyåsa is an accessible 2.5 hour drive from Gothenburg-Landvetter airport. Bear in mind if you are planning to stay, there is a rental fee for ben linen and towels which is not listed on the description (150kr per person). This was a negligible fee to not have to bring our own, and the beds were so comfy. My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer. Even a week is not enough time to soak up the beauty of the area. Property size is approximately 40 sqm. Here is everything you need to cook your meals. Kitchen is equipped with oven/hot air oven, induction cooktop, carbon filter fan, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is also a coffee maker - the host provides coffee beans. Dining area for four people is available, extra seating can be arranged if needed, as well as a high chair.

The accommodation has four beds, two of which are in a day bed that easily converts to a double bed and two places in a sofa bed. Extra bed can be arranged, if required, as well as a crib.
