Welcome to rent our small simple one-bedroom apartment in the basement with its own entrance in a quiet and nice residential area. Free parking and electric car can be charged after agreement with the host. Small kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine and shower. Sleeping alcove with built-in 120 cm bed as well as a 120 cm wide sofa bed. Close to Haga center where there is a grocery store, pharmacy and swimming pool. Bus goes every 10 min to the Örebro city center. Close to Karlslund's exercise area and nice walking paths along Svartån.

The space
The apartment is located on the basement with its own staircase and entrance. It is small and is great for single households but there is a 120 cm bed and an equally wide sofa bed. The sofa bed works best for one person to sleep The sofa bed is made forward and extra mattress topper and sheets are in the closet.

In the apartment there is a small simple kitchenette with two hot plates and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is equipped for two people.

In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine in the bathroom.

The sleeping alcove has a high entry point and has a 120 bed and a small shelf. The accommodation includes sheets and towels.

There are also cleaning supplies, fire extinguishers and extra toilet paper in the closet. It is also possible to hang clothes and storage facilities.

Blackout curtains are available for all windows and the door.

Since the apartment is located in the basement of our house, it can be experienced responsive between the house and the apartment. We show mutual respect.

Other things to note
Near the house there are two bus stops that are five minutes walk away. Weekdays, buses run regularly between 5:30 am and 12pm. Download the Örebro County Traffic app where you see the timetable and buy a ticket. At the Domherregatan bus stop there are lines 8 and 9. Bus line 9 goes directly to the University. At Längbro cemetery, bus line 7 and the stop is located at the church located at the back of the house. All buses go via the Resecentrum and the bus journey takes about 10 minutes.

The guest is expected to vacuum the apartment, wipe down the table and clean the bathroom and kitchen. The trash is thrown away in the trash outside.

The space
The spacious entrance to your accommodation is downstairs and offers storage, washer and dryer which is hiding behind the sliding doors. You can use these for a small fee. Upstairs there is one bedroom with comfortable double bed and desk area for work. Two additional 80 cm box spring beds are placed in based on preferences here or in the living room. The living room and kitchen are open up to the ridge and here is the common social space where the sofa bed also offers two beds if desired. It has the opportunity to connect to chromecast and your own 50-inch streaming services when you land for the day or while cooking. The bathroom is like everything else newly renovated and fresh tiled with underfloor heating.
The family with children has access to a high chair and gate in front of the stairs, as well as the opportunity to run off in the garden, use our football field and jump on our THREE trampolines. There are plenty of areas and you even have access to your own smaller patio with a coffee table and a sun bed when the weather offers the opportunity.
The house is not completely alone, but my house is next door and there are some neighboring houses around as the property is along a small gravel road. But it's usually very quiet in the area.

Guest access
The whole apartment is available for only you as a guest and you are welcome to use our garden with its own small area to have coffee or sunbathe. Expect that me and my family may be around and also use the garden.

- When you book, you will be asked if you would like bed linen and towels, and if so, there will be an additional cost of SEK 250 per group or 350 if you are 5 people or more. If you arrive late and wish I arrange so there is breakfast I can do that for an extra fee. Let me know in a timely manner!

The space
You will live in a separate part of our household with its own entrance leading up to the loft of our garage building. In the loft there are three spaces: a living room with kitchenette and space for two beds (one bed and one mattress on the floor), a toilet with shower and a bedroom with two beds and a workspace. The space is air-conditioned has a generous ceiling height that turns into the side.
The living room accommodates a large corner sofa and TV with Chromecast, dining area for 4-5 people, as well as sleeping area which also acts as a seating area along with an armchair.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with induction hobs with two burners, an electric kettle, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Porcelain for food and breakfast is available for 4 persons, as well as other cooking and cooking utensils. The kitchenette does not have a fan and is therefore suitable for simple cooking.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink. The hot water is prepared in the dwelling house and can take a minute to reach the loft.
The bedroom offers two beds, armchair, drawer and workspace with screen, network that connects via USB-C.
Parking is free outside on the street. Let me know if you need to charge an electric car.

Guest access
You will get a digital key to the loft and come and go as you please. The key requires you to have the Glue app and account there. Once you open with the digital key, there is a physical key you can use during your stay if you prefer. You then lock with digital key upon checkout.
