Fresh apartment in the basement floor with a separate entrance. Combined sleeping/living room with two single beds that could easily be pushed together to the king size bed. Kitchenette/kitchenette with dining area. Own toilet and separate shower room.
When booking more than two beds, there is a separate bedroom with sofa bed (2 beds, 140 cm).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You check in independently in the one-room apartment with its own entrance and toilet. In this one-bedroom apartment, you'll find everything you need to enjoy yourself for a night, a few days or why not a week. In the house, I live with my two children and we may meet in the shared laundry room. Otherwise, as a guest, you can be completely on your own. With access to a private patio surrounded by greenery but still only a 10-minute walk to town.

The space
You'll have a den that gives a little of everything. Very close to town full of restaurants and shops. If you work at the hospital, you only have a 5-minute walk to work. If you work in town, you can count on a 10-minute walk. Around the corner there is nature and nearby is for example Kypesjön for a swim or an exercise run. If you need anything in particular during your stay, don't hesitate to ask and I'll try to solve. Often I can solve access to bicycles, for example. There are also very good bus connections with bus 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8 a stone's throw away from the house. Stop 7e Villagatan applies.

Guest access
Patio, apartment one, "slussen", laundry room and toilet. All on the bottom level of the house. Do you want to use the pergola and the grill?! Just ask first and we'll make sure to work it out.

Other things to note
I provide towels large and small, you come to a made bed, I provide sheets for the sofa bed that you make yourself if necessary. There is coffee, salt and pepper, oil and a few other things available in the small kitchenette.
