Super nice apartment in Ryd, Linköping. Perfect location with many restaurants and beautiful parks outside the door. Close to to the Old Town and Linköping University. The apartment has lovely big windows, big dinner table, Tv, cozy sofas and many things that is lovely after a day in town.

Balcony is a dream to enjoy evening sun with beautiful view and electric barbecue. This well planned flat is well suited for small families, business or an exclusive stay by yourself.

The bedroom is furnished and has a large bed (bed linen and pillows included), chest of drawers, office chair, curtains and a desk. The living room is furnished with a single bed for one person, three comfortable sofas, dresser, bookshelf, floor lamp, curtains, office chair, TV and a guitar.

The apartment has a furnished balcony in a quiet area. Since I love cooking, I have everything you need to prepare a really good lunch and a luxurious dessert. There is also a single bed in the hall that can accommodate one person.

It takes a 3 min walk to Ryd center, where there are restaurants, shops, health center, postal agent, gas station and much more. By bike it takes 7 minutes to the university and 14 minutes to Linköping center. The bus stop is two minutes from the apartment, there are several buses that go every 15 minutes to the center, Tornby, Lambohov and Skäggetorp.

Newly decorated countryside apartment with an exclusive setting just by a river. Imagine yourself waking up hearing nothing but the birds singing, yet near the bustling town of Linköping.

The space
You will find yourself relaxing in this countryside setting. The owners live permanent in the other part of the house, but you will have your own entrance and a piece of the garden so the total experience will be like having the house of your own. The house is spacious enough for the both of us. In fact – it is 6000m2 adjacent to a nice wide river where you can go for a swim, go canoeing or angling for fresh fish from our private dock. The apartment consist hallway, newly decorated shower room combining with a WC, a walk in closet, an older but yet functional kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay (URL HIDDEN) the first floor you find the bedroom with room for two.

This gem offers a quiet location for travelers to rest and relax or you make it a perfect base for your trip to southern Sweden. The apartment is a strictly non-smoking and peaceful location and we appreciate it that way, so if you are looking for parties and nightlife we recommend that you stay in Linköping. Since we live in the same building it´s important that we treat each other with respect.
The location offers a number of outdoor nature activities. Only a stones throw away there is a nice river. A small sandy beach access is nearby on the way to the city.. The nearby forests are great for leisurely walks and can also tease your taste buds with berries to pick at the end of the summer and delicious chanterelle mushrooms in the fall. If you like horse riding there is a big equestrian center with icelandic horses with tour riding arranged in the nice surroundings. We will help you to book the tour and you dont need any experience.
Other outdoor activities nearby include the famous Göta Kanal, which was hand dug in the 19th century and connects the west and east of Sweden, an old Viking burial ground and rune stone, and a very old church. The burial ground and church are only a short drive down the road.
The location is also very suitable for travelers looking for easy access to the highway E4, which is just 10 minutes away or for travelers needing a place to stay before an early flight out of the Linköping Airport (15 min), which offers several daily flights to Copenhagen (SAS) and Amsterdam Schiphol (KLM). The nearby train station in Linköping also let travelers reach Stockholm in an hour and a half and Copenhagen in three hours. There is also a 90 mins bus connection from Linköping direct to Stockholm/Skavsta several times a day.

The great surroundings, nice gravel walking paths through the landscape. Since we live on the same lot we care for your visit and we got a beach access with a private dock behind our house. You are welcome to use it with respect. Nearest bus stop is approx. 500 m away from the building with descent service to nearby Malmslätt and to central Linköping.

FYI. 2021-10-10 We have two small children in our house. Usually they are quiet but we want to inform you incase you’re sensitive regarding noises.
