Nice area close to everything! 2 minutes away from buses , subway and a grocery store. You can walk to Ulriksdals castle, Hagaparken and Mall of Scandinavia . You have the lake 4 minutes away and a lot of nature. It Will take you 11 minutes by subway to the Centralstation and the famous street Drottning gatan . It is also 2 minutes away by subway to Stockholms University. It’s also very close to Karolinska Institution and KTH. Its a safe area close to town but still close to the nature .

Welcome to my home at Råsunda which is considered one of the finest areas in Solna. You have to dispose of a very nice room with a comfortable large bed as well as all the comforts of home as well as access to the kitchen and bathroom.

All my guests have liked the nice location and that it is clean and tidy. Hope you will find it too.

From the residence it takes a few minutes to get to Solna city center and take the subway to Stockholm City in 10 minutes. In Solna Centrum there are all the shops you need both clothing stores, grocery stores, pharmacy, banks, etc.
We also have a light rail a stone's throw from the residence.
Furthermore, you can walk a few meters to Solna Station and reach Stockholm City in seven minutes.
There are also the part of buses that take you to different places in Stockholm.
Westfield Mall of Scandinavia is also situated at a convenient distance.
Karolinska Hospital in Solna you also reach quickly.

Nice and fully equipped apartment for 1 to 2 persons, close to city center and communications. I'm renting out from the end of September until the end of May. The exact days for checking in and out are flexible but I'll give a discount if you rent the full period.

The space
Since I live abroad for some time I am renting out my apartment. It is 26 m2 and suitable for one or two persons. It is really well planned and has a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. There is one 1.2 meter bed and also a sofa bed. For a shorter stay, it is possible to sleep two persons (one in the sofa bed and one in the bed) but for longer stays a recommend just one. There is free high speed wifi in the apartment.

The apartment is in a neighborhood called Karolinska. The area is mainly associated with a hospital that is going to be Sweden’s largest and most modern and a medical institute. So in case of accidents during your stay, you will be in safe hands. Hopefully, you will benefit more the central location of the apartment. It takes around 15 minutes to get Stockholm city center with public transport. I usually bike or walk there, to walk takes around 30 minutes. Only ten minutes of walking from the house is the royal park, Hagaparken. During the summer, this is a perfect place for barbeques and picnics. The park is very large and includes a lake where it is possible to swim.

It is possible to borrow towels and sheets from me. Cleaning is included for an extra fee. There is free high speed wifi but no TV.
