Welcome to our cozy 30-square-foot studio apartment on the 2nd floor of an elevator-free apartment building. This apartment is perfect for couples, friends, or a small family, with a travel crib and high chair for a small fee. A window overlooks the courtyard and a peaceful street.

You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, Wifi, and a plush bed. Bedding and towels will also be ready waiting for you.

There are some dry products, coffee, tea and spices in the kitchen that you are free to use. You will also find a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a set of dishes for four and all the necessary cooking utensils. No oven.

There's room for clothes storage in the hallway, and you'll also find a drying rack, ironing board and iron, and laundry detergent. It's also perfect for longer stays!

The bathroom is compact, but functional. In the mirror cabinet, you'll get your own supplies, and your towel will dry on the towel rack. In the shower you will find shampoo and detergent.

The sleeping area has two comfortable 80cm wide beds that can be combined into one 160cm wide bed.

The apartment has excellent connections: the Salo market is 1 km away, the train station and the bus station are 1.4 km, the sports park 750m and the nearest grocery store is only 400m. There are plenty of free parking spaces on the street.

Anttipoffi was completed in 1852 as a residential house for staff. Its location in the middle of a ironworks village, close to the guest marina, beach, village boutiques and restaurants, and Matilda Lake and Teijo nature trails are the best for a relaxed vacation or active sports vacation. Mathildedal is a year-round destination, thanks to the entrepreneurs who live here. The busiest village is in the summer and many find it most authentically outside. It's always unique, that's why here I get my vacation home.

Historic Anttipoffi, built in 1852, is located in the middle of the beautiful Mathildedal ironworks village (26 km to the center of Salo). Teijo National Park, lake and sea, and all Mathildedal restaurants, boutiques, and services (ktso Visit Mathildedal) are either next door or within 500 meters. Meri-Teijo Golf Course is 3 km away and Teijon Masuunille is 5 km away. Minimum rental period is 2 days, a discount for a week or longer. Housekeeping pets are welcome!

The windows of this special, artist-owned upstairs corner apartment (the largest apartment type in the house 24.5 m2) provide the quiet side of the house, in the direction of the mansion and its side buildings.
