- "The apartment was full of thoughtful touches! Polaroid to leave a photo of ourselves, a ton of spare adapters, a small gaming console even. The bathroom was excellent, as were the kitchen amenities and the bed was comfortable. It was such a nice stay overall and I hope to try another Bob W location again. I would say there were some things which felt much more important to me to include for guests than a polaroid, however -- such as detergent for the washing machine or oil for cooking -- the latter of which which was provided after I asked for it which was excellent. But this is of the utmost importance to me in trusting a brand. It's one thing to provide the Instagram-worthy things, but if you provide a washer or a kitchen with cookware, why would there not be the basics to use those things? I hope this can become standardized for Bob W to match the other excellent elements of the stay."

Since I was attending a conference at the university, the location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. The lack of any personnel on-site was no problem except that after I checked out, it would have been nice to have been able to leave my luggage to keep until my flight departure that night. I ended up using the Bounce app and leaving my luggage at Tallinn City Bike, which worked fine. I saw someone complaining about the kitchen area not having a microwave, and yes - a microwave would have been nice, but I'm not sure I would have actually used one even if it had been available. I did really appreciate the espresso machine."

I didn’t even get in mine. There were a couple sheets and a pillow that had stains and was lumperer than a camel On free water day at the waterfall. I just can’t. It was our last night in Estonia so we went on the cheap side, not dirty side…."

It was easy to meet the person with the key. However, only one key was provided and it was needed to lock the door, which was inconvenient or unsafe (one person locked in if other goes out with key to be able to get back in)."

- "This is a very minimal rental, so don't expect even basic amenities. There were two empty soap dispensers, but no hand soap, body soap, shampoo or conditioner; no wash cloths or a bath mat. No towel hooks or anywhere to hang wet towels. I was expecting a sufficiently stocked kitchen, but there was only one drinking glass (with a chip in it), one dirty baking sheet, and one pot. Dish towels, paper towels, an oven mitt, and bottle opener were all notably absent. Also the fridge is very small and does not contain a freezer. Additionally the thermostat is set to a locked temperature and the room is incredibly warm. Opening the windows helps, but without a fan there was very little air circulation. I also had issues with room entry. The day before my departure I returned and found that the key code no longer worked. I had to call (and spend a fair amount of $ on international calling rates) to request a new code - apparently they made a mistake on the date of my checkout, so that is something that you might want to confirm ahead of time to make sure you don't end up locked out of the apartment. It was quite loud (music, bass vibrating walls) until midnight, but I guess they must have a noise ordinance or something because it was suddenly quite around 12:01. All of that said, the building is nice, the location is great, and there is a grocery store within walking distance so you can pick up all of the things that are not provided at the apartment"

The space
The apartment is nice and compact, comfortable space for one. Neighbours are quiet. There is no street noise and parking is right in front of the building.

The apartment has one single bed, small seating area and a kitchenette to prepare a meal. A bathroom with window (toilet and shower).

Kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing and enjoying a nice home-cooked meal. We provide oil, sugar, salt, pepper and basic dishes&cutlery.

Bathroom is equipped with essentials (shampoo&shower gel, towels, toilet paper).

There are hooks and hangers right next to the door to put away coats and jackets.

Guests are free to use the washing-machine/dryer which located right opposite to the main entrance.

Clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron and hairdryer are stored in a box in the downstairs storage space (shared).

Enjoy your visit when you stay in this early 20th century’s house built as part of the Tallinn Plywood Factory complex. While the house has seen the days, the apartment itself has a simple, but more modern feel.

The apartment should have everything you might need for a short stay and I’m happy to help with questions.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

You are welcome to stay the night or take the time to get to know Tallinn and it’s many layers!

The space
It is a small 20m2 flat with a kichenette, living area/sleeping area (a sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower and a small washing machine, plus a clothes drying rack.
There are shelves and hangers to help you unpack nicely.
There is a small TV (with android box) where you can log on/access all your favorite apps or subscriptions. There is no regular cable-TV.

Guest access
You can access the apartment going up the stairs to the second floor.
It is worth to mention that the house and the corridor are almost in their original condition - it makes it special but it’s frankly old, too. Unfortunately I cannot do anything about the common areas, my apologies.

Other things to note
I will be meeting you to hand over the keys. You can later leave the keys in the mailbox.
