Travel time from Vantaa is about 35 minutes The Apartment Complex We were able to quickly get customer service on the phone and they emailed us the door code within 3 minutes. Nice to only have a code to enter your apartment The Room/Flat Very tidy for the 2 single bed room we had, the two beds were pushed together to make a queen which was nice for us. All the toiletry, silverware, paper towels, basic body wash dispenser on bathroom wall and cleaning supplies are already there so no need to go buy any. The TV is small but who cares, you should not be spending too much time in your flat except to sleep, shower and go outside! The windows all open up to bring in fresh air which was great, the floors can be heated which is really nice. The Washer Was a challenge. The instructions for using it not online or understandable on the single laminated paper they leave in the room. So we washed our towels and hung them by the window. Problem solved. Location Close to the new giant megamall they are building in Tapiola Park, it is a 5 minute walk. Shopping, grocery and cafe are located there. Overall We will stay here again, we loved it!"

We found the office fairly easily with the aid of google maps and it is quite close to the apartment. We were really looking forward to staying. The chap who served us in the office was not helpful, he checked we had received the booking in email that had 'important information in it' but didn't wouldn't say what that was ... he already had proof of who we were so what was the point of being secretive and smug. No other clients were in the office at that time. His directions to the flat were sketchy. He didn't tell us that the flat key also opened the doorway from the street (that appeared to be keycode accessed). Basically his approach soured our experience. The flat itself was clean and well appointed once we'd worked out how to get the two locks on the front door working. The sauna was a real treat. However, some of the lights didn't work and when paying this much for a night I didn't expect the house rules to include emptying and removing our trash. "

Nice sauna, but gap round door means it loses heat quickly. Apartment was clean, but could do with some extra dusting (eg. above bathroom cabinet). Communication with owner excellent - responsive, helpful, and understanding of possible changes to travel plans due to Covid. Overall a good find and I would definitely stay here again."

Next day my local friend in Helsinki came and checked, but it still did not work. I wrote another email to the support, and the reply was "It should work because no one has complained in the past." - "I liked the house" - "There are pros and cons with the apartment. It was clean, had the utilities needed for cooking and sleeping well. The beds were comfy. The downside is how uncredible hot it is inside. It is evening sun directly in through BIG windows and the windows can't be open to let cooler air inside. There are fans but they doesn't do much unless you have them right infront of your face. There is no aircondition either. I can totally recommend this place during autumn and spring but not when it is summer and warm outside."

Do you want to experience Finnish nature combined with Helsinki city amenities? The huge Helsinki Central Park is right next door. There are good public transport connections to all nearby cities, Helsinki Centre, the Airport and Pasila train station. Cross-country skiing possibilities start a couple hundred meters from the apartment. There are also hiking and mountain biking possibilities in Helsinki Central Park. Or experience the quiet of the countryside right here in Helsinki.

The space
The flat is over 60sqms, and the guest room is approximately half of it. The guest room has a balcony attached to it. Behind the guest room door is the kitchen, and after the kitchen is the entrance where the bathroom is located. Also, from the entrance, there’s the door to the storage room and from the storage room to my room.

Studio to shere in the heart of Helsinki, just 3 minutes walking to Kamppi shopping mall, Kamppi bus station and Kamppi metro station. Close to Central railway station (around 12 minutes walking), airport express Bus station (Finnair city bus).

The space
The guest share the space with me. I sleep on the mattress on the floor and the guest on the left bed. My small flat is located on the 3nd floor of a cozy and old apartment building, without elevator. It is small but perfect for 1 persons enjoy his or her holiday. I accept guest for sharing the spice with me then they sleep on the loft bad and I sleep on the mattress. I will always do my best to keep a little privacy to the guests.

The room has a comfortable single bed, which is spreadable (extended) for two guests as well. Room includes also pillows and a blankets, as well as clean sheets are ready to use. The room also has closet space to hang guests' own clothes and a desk if guests need to e.g. work with computer. Guests will also have clean towels and Wifi is also available.

Guests has access to their bedroom, the kitchen, and also has the right to use kitchen utensils. Guests can heat water for tea or coffee in the kitchen. Those and a well-stocked spice shelf, and oil for cooking are also available. I only ask that you pay attention to cleaning up after cooking, lets keep the premises nice and clean.

For example you can enjoy meals or coffee breaks at the dining table or on the beautiful glazed balcony where the morning sun shines wonderfully.

Of course toilet/bathroom with shower and Sauna is also in guests' use.The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and soap reserved separately for guests.

This accommodation is located in Pukinmäki area which is in the halfway both to the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport train trip, and to Helsinki Central railway station. With local trains it takes app. 20 min to the airport and 15 min to Helsinki Central station/Helsinki City Center. It is easy to get to the destination, for example, by public transportation and a short walk from the local train station (approx. 8 minutes).
If you have a car, there are plenty of street parking nearby and the house has its own parking area where you can find a suitable place for your car.

Check-in takes place as agreed, I will meet you at the outdoor of the house. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and house has an elevator. You also get the key to the apartment for your temporary use, you can come and go whenever you want or need to.

Other things to note
Please note that I live in the destination itself, so the apartment is not only in guests' use. That's why I would ask you to take this into account, e.g. usage of music (etc), as well as cleanliness. Let's keep the accommodation comfortable for everyone. :)

Very cosy 2bedroom appartment situated next door to the Hakaniemi market, just next to the metrostation.

The space
The apartment house itself is ugly but the view is great, near the bus, tram, metro and bycicle stand.

The room is like a normal room with a couch, if you want to have a friend with you.

I closed my shop two years ago so now I work mostly from home.

There is the possibility to wash clothes , i have a washing machine.

There is grocery store in the same building open to 23.

The local bus no 615 comes directly from the airport nearby my place. Get of at Hakaniemi .
