Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live.

It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic.

The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Kitchen is equiped with a fridge and freezer combo, a coffee maker, a toaster and an electric water kettle. And if you have a flare for home made cuisine, there is a stove and an owen for that too. We offer the basics like coffee, tea and ofcourse salt and pepper.
Bed can be split into two separet beds if you so wish. For our guests the apartment comes with clean and fresh linens, and a made bed. We also have a closet with coat hangers. The apartment has also a 20 m2 deck on the back yard equipped with barbecue for those lovely summer evenings!
And as the latest addition to this amazing serenity we have a 70m2 deck on top of a rocky cliff with a jacuzzi over looking the forrest landscape. This you have to see and experience. Contact us for further details on reservations for the jacuzzi experience.

Stay in a charming little home on the banks of Porvoonjoki, a stone's throw from the city center. The apartment is a short walk from both the old town and the services of the west coast, as well as the numerous restaurants and cafes in Porvoo.

The Empire-style house was originally built in 1897 as a customs house and converted for residential use in the 2010s. The apartment is in great condition and its equipment level is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and the terrace at the entrance has beautiful views of the river shore.

The space
The apartment has a combined living room kitchen and a separate sleeping alcove. The sleeping alcove has a 140cm wide double bed and a 110cm wide extra bed can be opened from the sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the usual cooking utensils.

The bathroom has a tub and separate shower. Washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use. The wall toilet flush button is currently faulty, there is an instruction to flush the toilet above the seat.

My lovely apartment is a stone's throw from Rådhustorget and Borgå Cathedral. The house itself was built in 1790 but the residence is newly renovated and suitable for one or two adults and children.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and consists of a bedroom, living room and a small children's room. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

Parking is available in the yard if needed.

The space
The kitchen has an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Guests can use all the equipment and spices needed for cooking. Other ingredients are not included.

In the bathroom, there is a water heater that heats the water. The hot water is sufficient for about a 15-minute hot shower and takes 1 hour to reheat.

The house has old and narrow sewer pipes, so use paper that is flushed down sparingly. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine that can be used.

The bed is 120 cm wide and if necessary, you can use the travel bed of 90 cm. In the children's room, there is a baby bed that is 1.20 meters long.

The apartment has a living area of 84 m². The downstairs room height is 4 meters, and the upstairs spaces are attic with crooked ceilings and roof brakes.

In the living room, the atmosphere is created by an original style toilet oven. The main heating is done with air source heat pumps (all rooms). In the summertime, with air source heat pumps, rooms can be kept comfortably cool in all rooms.

In addition, residents have access to a terrace and a residential yard that opens to the evening sun.
