The separate bedroom has two 90 cm wide beds that can be combined if desired.

This particular location is in the city center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the old harbor. Just a stone's throw away are the Satama Arena, Vellamo and the new Xamk campus. The market and the Pasaati shopping center are about 400 m away.

This tiny Citypesä is conveniently accessible by car and train, and thanks to its own entrance and code lock, you can check in flexibly according to your own schedule.

The space
This tiny apartment is perfect for 1-2 people for whom the city and its sights are more important than square meters!

The apartment has one 140cm wide double bed (and a double bed cover), a tiny kitchen (note No oven!) and a bathroom with a rain shower.

Since the apartment is located in the stone basement of the house, it is quite cool... during the winter season I recommend taking wool socks with you ☺️
In the spring, when the central heating is turned off, the apartment is momentarily cool and for those who are used to the warmth, I recommend a warm garment 👍

The property has its own separate entrance and code lock, so you don't need to pick up the key, but you can check in flexibly according to your own schedule.

Please note that the property is located in the city center, on the first floor, so the sounds of the city, cars passing by and the chatter of nearby residents can sometimes be heard inside the apartment!
Unfortunately, complete silence is not one of the features of this nice mini apartment!

Since the apartment is located on the stone base of the building, the apartment and its floors are quite cool, so during the winter months, please prepare for your visit with wool socks. In the summer, the pleasant coolness is just a plus!

There is completely free parking on Vuorikatu around the clock and usually you can get the car quite close to the apartment.

This particular property is located in the city center. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay.

The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby Kanta harbour and from there the house has been named "ahtaajatalo" (stevedore house).

The space
