I do understand that the check in is not until 3pm but If customers arrive early maybe you could try to prioritize the cleaning so that you clean those cabins first where you know customer has already arrived. We arrived 1.15pm and were told cabin is not ready. We said fine and went on way. Returned 2.45pm. Were told cabin not ready again?? Why?? In the end we got to our cabin 3.10pm which I could call late if I want to. I don't know what is the reason to this and I don't think I even need to. Not a pleasant experience."
