Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna.

Main cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. In a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Electric heating, refrigerator, outdoor dry toilet (no indoor toile). To upstairs quite steep stairs (stairs are outside under the canopy). Sleeping cottage is located about 50 m from the main cottage.

Separete lakeside sauna (20 m²) is year-round available and renovated in 2025; wood-burning stove, dressing room. No running water, water has to be carried (during summer from the lake, during winter from the main cottage). The water is heated in the stove's heater tank. There is separate entrance from the terrace to the sauna's "bedroom" with double bed (160 cm wide) and two wardrobes.

Please note that bed linen is not included in the price, so please bring it with you or choose the amount of bed linen you need from the additional services, thank you.

NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are three buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in separate buildings.

In the large terrace area in front of the villa, you can enjoy the day either on the terrace or on a fully glazed terrace.

The yard is open, woody and rocky. There is a slope to the beach, but there are good stairs there. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish.

The nearest neighbor 130 m away is the second cottage of the owner's family (there is a visual contact with the neighbor's lakeside sauna only outside summer). 200 m away lies the owner's second Lomarengas rental villa 13088 Metsä-Iivari.

- "This was one of the best cottages we rented in Finland and definitely the cleanest one. Greatly equipped kitchen (there is literally everything) so cooking for bigger group is great. 90 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 60 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow sanded gravel bottom, deeper clay, sturdy dock and rowing boat.

Log cottage 2002, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 1 bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washing room (shower), dressing room, toilet, hallway and large partially-covered terrace spaces.

There is also a cozy guest house with electric heating in the courtyard. three rooms, the largest of which has a living area, a double bed, a wardrobe, a fireplace and a refrigerator. The two smaller rooms have an 80 cm bed in each, chest of drawers and a clothes rack in the other.

NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings.

Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish.

The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family.
In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari.
