This is the studio where I live, so there will be my personal belongings and it it a tiny place with many accessories, for your, and my, comfort.

The provided food for the breakfast will be enough for 2-3 days, in case of longer stays no additional food will be provided.
In case of last minute bookings, I may not have enough time to leave food for breakfast.

Keep it simple and easy at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You reach the apartment with direct bus from the airport or simply by metro or tramway line from Helsinki center. Apartment is well-located facing a peaceful street, but still within a short walk to Sörnäinen metro station. You will have lot of restaurants and activities just around the corner. For instance Dallape park just outside of the apartment has a flea market every Sunday.

The space
This apartment is a 35 square meter studio, its excellent floor plan, open views and high ceilings makes it feel more spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped with high quality equipment and including a dish washer, gas stove, oven and a laundry machine (has integrated dryer) If needed the sofa can well be used for sleeping, by removing the pillows but it is not a bed sofa. The bed is comfortable and new 140 cm double bed. There is a beautiful, old fireplace in the apartment (at the moment it cannot be used). The big windows let in a lot of natural light. There is reliable Wifi available.

PLEASE NOTE: A discount for weekdays is offered, there is an attic and stairway renovation going on in the building, that may cause noise from time to time Monday to Friday between 8-18.

This 35sqm 1-bedroom apartment is located on one of the busiest pub & restaurant streets in the city. The place oozes famous Kallio spirit and though the apartment has been modernized, the building is over 80 years old and the apartment does show its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina.

Please note that this 2nd floor apartment is located near many bars and pubs and that the area tends to get noisy and crowded especially on weekend nights.

Good for 1-4 people. The bed is a comfy 140cm wide double bed. Two extra guests can be accomodated on the sofa bed in the same room.

The house is located on the (in)famous bar street of Vaasankatu. Nightly noises from the street can be disturbing and earplugs are recommended for light sleepers who want to sleep with the window open.
