The drivers are super friendly and excited to tel you about how amazing Helsinki is, which it is!!!!! Travel time from Vantaa is about 35 minutes The Apartment Complex We were able to quickly get customer service on the phone and they emailed us the door code within 3 minutes. Nice to only have a code to enter your apartment The Room/Flat Very tidy for the 2 single bed room we had, the two beds were pushed together to make a queen which was nice for us. All the toiletry, silverware, paper towels, basic body wash dispenser on bathroom wall and cleaning supplies are already there so no need to go buy any. The TV is small but who cares, you should not be spending too much time in your flat except to sleep, shower and go outside! The windows all open up to bring in fresh air which was great, the floors can be heated which is really nice. The Washer Was a challenge. The instructions for using it not online or understandable on the single laminated paper they leave in the room. So we washed our towels and hung them by the window. Problem solved. Location Close to the new giant megamall they are building in Tapiola Park, it is a 5 minute walk. Shopping, grocery and cafe are located there. Overall We will stay here again, we loved it!"

- "Kaisankoti is a truly lovely place, good services, friendly staff and most of all an absoluetly fantastic breakfast in a most beautiful environment" - "No blanket no pillows provided for kids, no reception after 9pm. Sofa-bed broken, poor breakfast! With the description and price level of Kaisankoti we expected quite much more than we got. For example the room was not cleaned on second day. After irrelevant questions ("when did you check in? When will you check out?") the clerk stated to me "well we don't clean exactly every day". No cleaning was arranged but I got dry towels for us. Third day cleaning didn't do much more than change towels: for example the tray from the lobby kiosk was left on the floor with the dirty dishes?? No minibar or room service, just overpriced selfservice refrigerator at front desk. One cider bottle 8 euro, which I have to pick-up and carry myself... Breakfast really simple, good bread, but everything else boring. Plus one morning they didn't have the sausages and karelian pies - which were the best part. "Delivery came late" they didn't have time was the reason. Breakfast time 7:30 - 9:30, which was at least for us way too early. After breakfast we though of going swimming but no: "oh no that is not possible, morning swim ended already". It became evident they have pool accessible only 8-10 and 17:30-21:00, so exactly at breakfast time and at least we were out for dinner/meeting friends at evening swim. Maybe for pensioners. But not for us."
